best bet is to get the maker of ur inlet to put 2 nipples to attach the stock hoses on. my mates rexi made a winding noise when we blocked the vaccum like coming from his rocker cover to the inlet.. im pretty sure your having the same issue.

If you only like v8's for the sound it makes.... drop off your exhaust after the dump and there you go! Its time for v8 drivers to get with the times and strap some technology onto the v8s.. then they will feel the wrath... A v8 will always be good.. but imagine the grin on their faces with either a turbo or supercharger setup.. mm mm mmmmm my 2c

reset ur ecu, i think its different in autos, best bet is to reset the shift points. PS: THATS IF U HAVE NO LEAKS OR AFM ISSUES ETC.

either a loose connection on your tacho or your alternater is playing up... better get it checked mate

your probably loosing most of your bottom end power... but ull probably feel an increase top end.. U dont have to change your whole system. Y dont you change your front pipe to a 2.25inch system. the rest can stay.. if you restrict the flow in the front pipe, the cat/catback wont really matter as much. that way you will keep your "cool" sound plus get some performance back. PS. i have a 3inch xforce system on my gtst 33.. LUV IT

is you head unit on when you turn your car off? means ur HU is not wired up properly. the acc wire is hooked up to the positive. feed back though the speakers can be billions of things (i had this issue before) *power cables and speaker cables running near eachother *Alternator issues *head unit problems (which was my issue in my civic) have fun mate

hi all, Ever since i changed my 3inch cat back exhaust back to standard (front pipe and dump is still 3inch) my fuel consumption has gone up. (i took it off so it would go down) the only other thing i have on my car is a FMIC.... is that suppose to happen cause air is harder to get in and slower to get out? if so, im puting my exhaust back in.

does anyone have one? i want to see how i can engage features like auto lock when car is moving. or auto lock when door closes, or panic alarm and warning alarm. If u got it can you post and pm me as well please thanks Avi

initial problem sounds like you left it in D and tried to start it its okay mate.. ive done that b4 in my old car

have u installed a fmic reciently? did they disconnect your aircon fan? im pretty sure thats y the ticking is there. must be some kind of warning because mine only started doing that when i dc my aircon fan. if i connect it back it stops ( but the fan does not fit so i have to d/c it again)

bring back a old thread instead of reposting!!! just a quick question.. my engine bay is full of dust cause we were renovating the back yard. no i can smell dust coming into the car through the vents. im going to get compressor and blow out all the dust in the engine bay. now after i do that i wanted to give it a quick rinse with the high pressure hose.. is it okay to just spray it in there or do i have to cover the coil packs etc. thanks.
