Sorry for the thread bump, but i need some info, ive read through this post, but couldnt find what i was after. Im wanting to convert my S2 C34 RWD, will i be able to use a 33 tailshaft? or will i have to do a cut n shut ?

Its fun, but very short like i said. Much much tighter than any of the others you've been, blind corners and very narrow and bumpy in parts, but great fun once you get the hang of it. Yeah i know what you mean. Mines got to go back to fix some stuff from last time that they cocked up,

Have you been up Mt Gravatt mountain before? If not, might be worth the trip. Its a bit of fun, i usually head up once a month or so, 3 or 4 runs up and down, its probably only about 1km of road up

Are you talking the lookout? cos there is never any space there! Other options: Mt Gravatt Mountain is pretty forgiving for space. Bartleys Hill reserve at Ascot is small too but usually not busy

Just ordered some RDA7701 3224mm GTR rotors and dogbones. Going to run Project Mu NS Pads Anyone running 324mm with the sumitomo caliper + dogbone? -
Yeah, give it a cut and polish with an orbital. Worth a shot

Price on front bar only? -
Definitely the battery. Replaced it with a Century NS70, starts up almost perfectly now, hot or cold. Chuffed

7-8 secs in total. Crank it for 2-3 secs, stop, wait, another 2-3 secs of cranking, stop, wait, go again... Might have a go with a new battery then. Thanks for the help chums
-
Might add, starter has only been rebuilt less than 3 months ago, im assuming it met an early death because it was cranking heaps. So points to check: Battery CCA Alternator - Output ACC Valve The missus is on my case as its her daily, and more often than not its her that gets stuck. When its warm/hot, you can litterly crank it for only about 7-8 secs collectively before the battery flattens

Hey all, This is kinda a last resort sort of thing. Background info on the car: C34 S2 Stagea, RWD Auto, Front mount, Pod, Nistune, 550cc Injectors, Walbro 255L, Kinugawa upgraded standard turbo. My stagea has had startup issues for sometime now, originally it was the cold start which i had the tuner sort out (would take 2,3,4 goes at cranking to get it to start). Now, im having issues with the warm/hot start. Sometimes it kicks over after a second or 2, other times it will take a few goes and by then the battery runs out of juice and needs the aid of a jump start to crank over. Thinking about it as i have over the last few months, i assumed it was a battery/voltage issue as when the car wont crank and the battery depletes, if i use the jump starter, it kicks over first go. I had the mechanic check the battery and he seems to think its ok. Could it be a case of this? something sucking the juice during startup? How would i compare if i measure voltage at startup with a multimeter to make a comparison? Or could it be something to do with the tune again? Any help would be greatly appreciated Josh

Hmm sounds good. Also will confirm

Hi Y'all, I have a Masa Motorsports front bar, to suit S1 and S2 Stagea. Overall, its in good condition, with some scuffing/wear underneath the the bar, quite deep in one spot, and a couple chips/cracks where it mounts up underneath the headlights. Its bayside blue, as you can see in the pics. Willing to post, at buyers expense. Bar is located in Brisbane, Bayside. Chasing $450 ono. Cheers, Josh

Hi all, I was removing my instrument cluster in my C34 to replace a couple blown bulbs when i noticed a bunch of wires that had been scotch-locked to one of the looms connecting to the back of the cluster.Thinking that this definatly couldnt be a factory thing, i traced the wires to the source, which happened to be a small box wedged between the fuse box and the aircon duct. After id managed to move it a bit to read what it was, i noticed a NISSAN label and what i presumed was the model: MSXJ06-R. So i did a bit of googling, and found it to be a factory nissan remote engine starter, which i thought was pretty cool. I found the remote that came with the car which i had very nearly thrown out due to the fact that it didnt work. Also wasnt a great deal of info available about it. Now, question is, has anyone else got one? or know how to use it? Thread it probably useless without pics, but it was impossible to remove the unit without cutting wires.
