Anyone have or had this happen to them? My drivers side mirror doesn't fold in anymore. Had been working fine, passengers side still works. Any ideas what the problem could be? CHEERZ...HUNTZ.

HI DEZZ, How did you end up with the locking issue? I got lucky was only a blown fuse. Hope yours ends up being something minor as well. HUNTZ.

Yeah Chris you nailed it. Turned out it was a blown fuse.

Are you able to post any flix of the actual front bar you're selling,what condition,any cracks scratches etc.? Or PM me with details interested in possible pick up this wkend. CHEERZ...HUNTZ.

Yeah I think i'm going to have to do the same. Weird mine was working fine until I tried locking doors while the timer was still running. Doors unlock by remote just don't lock. Sounds like we got the same problem, I'll let you know whats up with mine when I get it sorted...

Chris mate you're a bloody champion!!! Cheerz heaps for all your assistance on this. Sliding performance has a great picture of an actuator which I came across while looking for bitz'n'pieces so now with your help and their flick I know what i'm looking for.

Thanks Chris will look into it and let you know how I go. Please excuse my igrorance, but actuator? (sorry mate for asking what is probably a very self explanitorary question.) CHEERZ. PS. are there two rods? ie. lock and unlock, likewise with fuses?

Yeah sorry Chris the alarms remote still unlocks doors. Just doesn't lock them? So i guess that rules out the c/locking motor?

HI CHRIS, Thanks for replying so quickly. Appreciate it. No, central locking no longer works, manual locking only,ie. key. Turbo timer works fine as all ways so does alarm, minus the c/locking side of things any way. Whats happening is that when i switch off ignition turbo timer kicks in for its 30 second cool down, 30 secs after that alarm imobilises engine then I hit button 1 to arm, alarm is now activated as usual just doesn't want to lock doors any more??? CHEERZ...HUNTZ.

HI ALL, I have an M80s which has been working fine with my Greddy turbo timer until i decided to see if it was possible to lock the doors while the turbo timer was shutting down. Since then the central locking hasn't worked when i arm my skyline. Has this happened to anyone before? Or is it possibly just bad timing and has nothing to do with the fact that i tried to lock doors as timer was shutting down and is more to do with the central locking motor giving up (dying) on me? CHEERZ.

Morning all, This seems to be a very common problem which greatfully has some awesome D.I.Y.s posted to it on this site.Which i suggest if you haven't checked them yet it will probablly pay to as you will now doubt come across this problem at some stage. So now all i need to know is where would you suggest i go to find a replacement motor for my drivers side auto window between the Tweed to Brissi? CHEERZ, HUNTZ. PS. Has anyone had to change their rego for interstate relocation before? How stringent is the reregistration process? my 96 R33 SKYLINE GTS-T M SPEC and I are moving over the border to NSW from QLD.It currently has 6 months QLD rego on it and has a purple compliance plate. CHEERZ...HUNTZ.
