I've already got the deck so around 1100 or so. I am not a huge stereo person, would prefer more quality then quantity so splits for the front and either 6x9's or 6.5" in the back. probably more expensive in the front splits in the front and cheaper in the rear cheers mark

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone could suggest a nice system for a 32. mine will be here in november and I have covered all the other stuff up till now. I'm not much of a sound person so here's what I would like if someone could suggest something for me. Initial d(i know i know), RNB, Rock, Pop, Celtic, dance but I'm not overly fond of bass. so I don't want a sub. I would like splits for the front, not sure if you can fit 6x9's in the rear of a 32? and probably a small amp to give it the power to pump them up a bit, deck wouldn't have enough thanks heaps guys mark

Luckily they never got my car like that. you were probably the victim of some carless learner practicing. sorry to hear it my friend drove my car once and smashed in the rear 1/4 and was 500 to fix. he never drove again after that was it dented or just scratched?

so apart from what I can see in hte pics, like pod, wheels etc... is it standard, or are there some mods like coilovers I can't see? any major plans? I like GTR's, why I am importing one(only 2 months to go now!!!) but my first performance car was a 32 GTST, and will always have a softspot for them

hey guys I recently bought a set of tein NA coilovers second hand, they are only 1 month old and taken off a GTR taht was sold, when I bought them the guy said he could get me the tools. not I have to pay for a height adjustment spanner but he said he can't get the damper adjuster tool from tein as they won't sell it without the kit. I have this awesome near new suspension for when my 32 arrives in november, but I don't have the damper adjuster tool. I will have to buy the spanner for height adjustment, but can anyone tell me where I can get the damper adjuster tool??? thanks guys mark

I can't wait for this really. hope it goes ahead and ends up in cinema's in sydney or something I loved the series, I have downloaded the first 4 eps but will buy the fourth stage when it is out on dvd completely. hate buying step by step

luckily the only damage on the GTST I had, was my mate reversed it into a poll in a car park. $650 later, couldn't tell it had been in an accident. and the rust on th rear guards got removed.

I haven't read everything thats been said here, too long and I'm a bit lazy But I semi agree with it, BUT before you bite my head off, I have only just turned 22 in june. I owned my modifed GTST for almost 2 years before selling it(waiting for the GTR to come over now ). I have done 4 track days at wakefield park. and I think that those days were the best money I had spent in association with my car, they taught me that I wasnt as good as I thought and allowed me to practice in a safe environment. Alot of people hate the modified car scene, and when 1 person does something wrong it reflects badly on everyone else. I hope that these new laws don't go ahead, there could be better solutions put in place cheers mark

nice. always good to see the "no good, hoons/modified car trouble makers" raising money for charity. but enough about my emotional problems I wish I could have been there. but the current cruiser (datto wagon 1978) doesn't drive well locally, so a long distancer is out of the question. Its in immaculate condition from a 1993 R32 GTST TypeM. complete rail and seat. it was removed when I put a recaro in which got sold with the car. It has always had seat covers on it when it was on the car. Asking $150.00 for it I can email pics if people like. thanks for that Yeah with the car it might be lighter so your brakes would hold up better. I am just hoping that if the discs are ok, I'm just doing the fluid, pads and maybe lines if it needs them later on change to brembo's, and 2 peice rotors mark

thanks for that, so the calipers are different aswell. interesting I was changing the pads for either ferodo or RB74's and something similar on the rear as for the fluid that was being changed in a full service I am getting at ASE when the car is complianced. discs I was thinking of changing to DBA 5000's if the std calipers were good enough but obviously moving to the brembo's would be good, I mean being a larger disc and better caliper mark
