I'm thinking about cleaning it up myself and just buying the heatproof paint I have seen at autobarn and respraying the plenum myself mark

yeah in hindsight I should have gotten a complete new sump with bigger capacity and baffled. but I want an oil cooler at some point so that will be ok later I used Greg over at autsosport at kirrawee. the motor was out, but it made sense as I was doing alot more like full 100k service, injectors, tension pulleys changed it would have been a harder job without taking the motor out I was told. And it was a good chance to inspect everything closely, had an N1 waterpump installed while it was out too mark

Hey Mate I just got my 32 GTR 2 weeks ago, I bought some Tomei Sump baffles a few months ago. Had them fitted the first week I got the car (it was in the workshop for 1 week fro mthe day igot it) there isn't really any noticible difference I would have to say, but its more peice of mind that I'm reducing the chance of the engine being starved for oil mid corner mark

don't worry lucien, mines just as dirty outside. holy crap sounds expensive. I'm getting an aftermarket pressure gauge as I think the sender is playing up intermittently on mine mark

I spoke to my mechanic who serviced the car and he said don't be too worried as its usually just the sender playing up. its full of oil and doesn't leek I am fitting an oil relocation kit and an aftermarket electronic gauge soon hopefully mark

So far I thought mine was std just looking at it, till my mechanic had a look Its just under 3" std cat and its an aftermarket one of some description. I have had a TRUST style front pipe fitted at compliance and it sounds ok, but there are 2 mufflers in the middle keeping it quiet. I'm not sure if I should change the whole thing. I was just going to change to a 3" high flow cat and have 1 of the mufflers removed. what do you guys think?? mark

Hey guys Just a QQ for you, on my way home tonight, I noticed my oil pressure gauge on the top right hand side of the dash cluster hovering above 0. it was almost on it, then went back up a bit later on but not much changing what is the ideal level for where this guage should sit? mark

I was noticing it similarly on mine. I don't think my gauge moves much but I drive mine nicely. so if I gun it in a straight line the gauge should move?

My car has come over with a MINES ECU. its not too bad, lifts the speed and rev limits(not tested yet) and the car runs rich which I don't like but better then running lean I'm probably going to swap for a PFC during the year

I'll try and get mine up tonight. its so clean without a wash, mine was flith when it got here I have only washed it 1.5 times (almost but it started raining the second time!) my bonnet seems faded so I'm going to have to respray it eventually, the other panels are good mark

truck drivers are f#$cked man My mates RX got side swiped coming onto the freeway, truck came in at the entry ramp, over 2 lanes and almost sent him in to the middle barrier, and just sped off. 2K or so worth of damage. somebodys gonna give chase one day till they stop.... mark
