some statistics you got there ey, my point was that with neons you have a much higher chance of getting pulled over because your are showing the world your 'illegal' mod. Its a visual aspect of the car where as most of the illegal stuff people have on here is 'usually' under the hood. Yeah you can still get done for it but you also have the chance of not getting pulled over in the first place. Either way its up to the owner if their willing to take that risk.
