This made me laugh.. went it comes from a guy that drives a old skool r31 that weights in the same or heavier then a r33.... Well, I'd back the guys up that says stock/ LIGHTLY MODDED 'boltons' Skyline GTS-T would run low 13's 'driver dependant i must say also'. If you did put a rb25det in ya datto... traction would be the only issue and if you could get a decent amount it'd be pretty impressive in such a smaller/light chassis

if you ask me, Just throwing a V-spec Badge on the GTR with a few minor tweaking and stuff doesnt even come close to what that original V-spec ment over the other/older model cars... I think Nissan have let this V-spec model down, they should of atleast gave it Higher HP / More Features and Options / And maybe a more unqiue external styling... like i loved the wider arches? meh.. personally its only worth the extra due to that not many will be sold because theres no 'Real 100% improvement over the normal GTR'

i'd rather turbos bro coz they force induct and hold boost on, but lots more work involved aswell as cash aswell... s/charger is bolt easy induction mod really... takes few % of power you gain coz the pulleys n that! still deciding and getting ideas myself

whos to say they can be skimmed? with normal wear and tear you'd be lucky to skim once say if your car done 100,000km! +1 upgrade fronts p.s i dont think its that cheap to skim discs... takes a while to get them even again like they do 1 side a time... takes like a 1hr for fronts

skimming 'if you can skim yours is a waste personally' + i think its about $100 to get skimmed! so, i'd get some DBA slotted there only few hundred for a pair... 'try supercheap/repco' and maybe you could just get the fronts first!?!? considering thats where majority of the braking comes from

I agree with the Yes / No all depends on the cars service history and what its going to be driven like with its future owner! Word of advice, if you buy one 'dont boost it up' cause they last longer like Jax said i had no problems until some nub tuner boosted mine up, pretty much died in a month

I've raced this dude in a yellow VZ 6litre HSV 307kw with a bucket load of mods, i had him by a few feet both on the lights and rolling pulls! think i'd be happy with 5psi i been reading stuff like this... which makes me think you can just bolt it on pretty much? Yeah i'll call C-red n that see what they can do / reccomend. Hey guys, i might be scoring dads unused Supercharger for the Z... just wondered what mods i need to run 5-6psi boost on stock engine with a intercooler. i aint to sure what the stock injectors/fuel pump can handle/ what the ecu can do as in being tuned... thanks
