Hi i'm about to put a r32 rb26 into the r32 gts-t i was wondering do the alloy engine mounts from the rb26 bolt straight in or do i need to put the rb20 steel mounts on the 26 to make it fit the gts-t sub frame unfortunatly i sold the rb20 with the mounts so i dont even know if they look the same or not

  6. hi i bought a set of cams second hand and didn't realise that they were different degrees both are 10mm lift though so i am just wondering if people have tried different cams like this and what sort of results they have had or heard about my engine is copping the full rebuild and am a lil worried about this cam setup any help would be much appreciated thanx
  7. i have put in stainless valves in so i guess i should ask the shop i got them from for the best results i'll start another thread about the different cam setup thanx
  8. i was thinking i'd just use standard and the cams i bought had nothing so sounds like a goa but i still havn't had any comments about this type of cam setup i initialy thought they were both 272 degree cams but at closer look they arnt this is y i ask is it a good thing or not so good thing?
  9. oooh nasty ok i can organise that but i still need the clearances for the cam to bucket should i use the same as standard?

  12. i am rebuilding my rb26 and wondering the valve clearances for these cams i have 264 degree by 10mm lift for the intake and 272 degree by 10 mm lift for exhaust and for curiosity has what do people think of this cam setup? cheers

  17. hi i imported a rb26 engine on its own and it came with these turbos and i'm just wondering how i would tell if they were N1s or not heres a few pics any help would be much appreciated cheers

  20. i thought a lil re shiming was required but just wanted to know what tension spring was required to be reliable

  23. i'm doin a full rebuild on my rb26 and not sure if i should bother with getting stronger valve springs or if i should just use the standard ones i'm after bout 400 to 450 hp what u guys think?

  25. i was thinkin that too but i'm hopeing the sensor will be similar even if i have to cut and solder the wires to fit if not iwas thinking of buying a greddy plenum or similar and puttin a 90mm throtle body on it
