I need to do alot of work to get my 4 door 33 up to standard for MAS, I wanted to have it on AudioFX's stand but the ICE wont be up to standard in time. If you guys want another four door then i'm keen. After all mine's a daily driver not a real show car.

All cars imported under the new SEVS scheme must be unmodified, or for the occas out there "stock as a rock". this means no aftermarket rims and body kit, steering wheel and gearknob, etc. 15 yo cars are ok at the moment but, changes are proposed and will be enforced soon. This change has been a painful process and has been introduced to cut the 'cowboys' out of the industry, however it has affected some genuinely good compliance workshops who are still waiting for compliance rights. And it is a fact that it has left a hole in the jap import industry that has affected us all in some way. Safe to say that most cars imported under the new rules will be of a higher standard, and any car imported that is not up to standard will be cubed. DOTARS are busy.............

If i was in your position i would get a swirl flow resonator that doesn't restrict air flow but forces the exhaust gas against the walls of the resonator to reduce the emmitted noise. I have an apexi ECV which suits me for the moment, Although i am sure that my car is under 91db it is very droney at cruise and can resonate through the house at idle. The ECV is very handy for remote start in the morning and driving past white cars with blue stickers... oh and for phone calls too!! It is not the ideal solution for a loud exhaust due to its slight restriction but makes good for stealth mode.

Be sure to rice it up with jap parts! Mind you the SUSpension will need some tweaking to even think about dorifto! Dig the ricey blue instruments!

Hello fellow skyline enthusiasts! I hope to be present at Autosalon this year, and if so will have my car at the Audio FX stand............. goodies permitting!! If I do make it I will need some SAU stickers for mi beast, because this is a great forum I want to be sure to do my bit to Represent..... aiiii. If I can help any one with any car audio, alarms in car dvd players screens and the like please PM me or give me a buzz on mi mobile. Forum members are looked after price wise, if you see a product elsewhere let me know and i will see if i can better the price. It would be great to attend the Autosalon this year with my car Inside this time! It would be good also if we could all try to get together for a photoshoot and get some pics of at least 50 skylines, now that would be a great panorama shot! and a good backdrop for the SAU display if anyonw could work out how to do it! ...... Imagine a single photo of 100 round tail lights!!

the hardest part of hot wiring a car like this is getting past the steering lock, they obviously had no idea what to do then, and went on a hacking frenzy. assholes I have a tracking system but am investing in a paging system soon.
