  1. It wasn't a purple v-spec by any chance??
  2. I got my car through j-spec and couldn't be happier, some dealers/car yards can be greedy but some of them wear the cost of purchase, shipping, compliance etc etc and want a good profit. So a car like the following can end up on a yard for $50 to $60k http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/0050
  3. Ok CHILDREN, :shake: it's time to get back on topic, here is another fine picture of an original Kakimoto.....please forgive me for the choice of file name
  4. Well if it isn't Chief smokemc0ck himself!! And yes I do love a big c0ck, that is a magnificent example!! and thanks for that!! :chairshot
  5. Is it a viper alarm? what model? I can help with programming if it is viper hornet clifford or python
  6. Too hard to say with limited information, have you tried leaning it off? are you running standard boost? have you made many changes to the engine and accessories during the rebuild?...
  7. Nice, i saw this for sale on yahoo japan the other day..... Would look good cruising down Chapps! Even has a picnic bench for family outings!!
  8. hi Rianto, if you remove your ashtray and the 2 screws behind it, then pull out the panel around the gear shift, it makes it easier to get the cup holder out. then you will see a yellow wire on the hand brake assy, thats the one you need.
  9. Hey!!!! what's the deal with that!!!! **** isn't rude it's a rooster or a male chicken why can't i say ****???
  10. That's a favourite wid da boys, right up there with "**** smoker"!!!
  11. Remove the rear seats, then remove the parcel tray and the rest will be obvious. do you have holes in them for child restraints???? or did the elves get hold of the cordless drill??
  12. Um..... no. The BOV doesn't require boost from the plenum chamber to remain closed. It operates when it recieves vacuum from the plenum. Therefore, if you block the hose from the plenum to the bov it will hold boost and not release it when the throttle plate closes suddenly.
  13. Yes................How about massive nismo sticker's all over your wagon!!
  14. Yeah, I know, I was going to point that out but the CBF factor kicked in, you know how it is. oh and kiss my ass wid ya tongue out!! :aroused:
  15. They got back this morning, All Ok, I just popped in and fed the cats!!! Meow
  16. Yes that's right, Zoidberg had his way with Gareth stole his camera and jumper and left him covered in jelly!!! :bahaha:
  17. I thought so too, but if you get a set of pliers in one hand and squeeze the hose on the BOV while revving the motor with the other you get no psssshhhh, let the pliers off and rev...psssshhhhh! if you fit a highflow gas solenoid to this hose when it has no power the solenoid is closed so there will be no pssshhh. when you power it up (energize) the solenoid opens and allows the BOV to operate normally. so you would use an ignition power supply via a switch to the solenoid and the other solenoid wire to earth. Make sense??
  18. Ronin 09 go and see a LPGas workshop and get a high flow solenoid, fit this in-line on the existing vac/boost hose to your BOV. When energized the BOV will operate normally when swiched off the bov will cease to operate. I'm sure this would work..... Give it a go!
  19. I was just adding other causes to the list sherlock_nzl, and Knat has posted that none of his work, it would be a bit of a shit if he pulled everything apart to find later that he has a broken wire, Akeenan fixed his problem Ages ago. I read entire threads before posting!!
  20. Funky, it wasn't Craig, this guy stole the car ... and i followed him.....Zoidberg was there also.... :zap:
  21. Wallystyles, nice ride, only black one for sure, now you need a photo of it doing this!!
  22. Not sure about that, unless you have the dollars for a nismo cluster!!! Mine are white during the day but rice blue or green at night.
  23. You'll be ok Michael, I got done for blue lights in the front bar, steering wheel padding, BOV (cos it had a shiny one)! accelerator pedal must be a rubberised surface, (mind you under the metal impul cover it's hard plastic)! and he questioned the firmness of my suspension!! and the boost gauge was in my field of view!! :bs!: I took my car to a strict RWC place and he said well all of that is crap but take the shiny pedal cover off and your tires are borderline on the rear so fix that and replace your front brake pads. so on went some mags full set of brake pads and burwood vic roads processed it without looking at the car. the fine shat me though.
  24. using your fingers only push or slide the indicator forwards and it will come out, just like that :wizard:
  25. When mine stopped working i found the wires were broken on the flexible wiring near the boot hinge
