  1. im putting a to4z on my rb25det and the z32 afm will be way passed its limits...Question is can i convert it to djetro to run without my afm?

Fully rebuilt/balanced bottom end Head with tomei 260 cams heavy duty valve springs/retainers k-line valve guides port and polish bolted down with head studs With the standard solid lifters, would it be safe to set rev limit to 9000rpm? maybe even 9500? Only drag/street? what to raise rpm to take full advantage of a to4z
  7. spot on abusd! I think all the time, effort, $$$ and technology that goes into desiging their dump/front pipes factor in that they would be mated with their turbos. Sorry i will only sell the pfc, afm and injectors together. Reason is im parting with them to buy the wolf 3d v5. By the looks of your mods fujiwara, they all would be suited to your current mods....
  8. the factory dump pipe/front pipe suits the factory turbo. A " aftermarket " turbo with its own dump pipe will need a front pipe to suit. power fc + injectors purchased from greenline Z32 afm from kudos motorsports... No warranty on parts unfortunately...Cheapest price on net is pfc $1500 from ebay ( if u can find one), afm $335 from kudos, injectors $890 from sliding....total $2725....i have taken into factor that parts do not come with warranty and have reduced down to $2100.

  10. turbo will bolt onto the factory exhaust manifold and kit includes it's own hks dump pipe. Will need either custom front pipe to match the HKS dump or the hks front pipe im also selling will bolt str8 on.

  12. most of the parts are already purchased....As mentioned the whole package was orignally built for my hks gt2835. I've gone alittle over board since then. I already have a power fc so what are my options?....sell it and get a wolf 3d? I wouldnt have to spend to much more I surpose coz i can flog off the z32 afm too..It just a matter of selling things at the right price. I also already have the 1.2mm head gasket. Runing 40thou pistions on stock thickness gives comp in the low 8's, I think 8.3...thinking better to get the engine builder to deck the head to a suitable ratio instead. I also already got nismo 480cc injectors....so upgrade to sard 800 is the go. Cams are also purchased and i read good things about these 260's.....Would oversize valves not benefit much with these as I think bigger cams would better. I have considered a rb30 bottom end..trust me and only if i thought of that at the start...but the i would have to sell most of my gear...to much hassel. I might just get a spare smaller a/r for driving and larger one for dyno's or when i need to boost my ego alittle....   15. Im in the process of rebuilding my neo rd25. This process started 14mnths ago and i have since changed my dam mind about 100 times. I was orignally going to run a hks gt28 kit ( for sale ). But if im forking out some much for a reliable big power engine then might as well match a turbo to suit. I need some advice and suggestion on running a package that is both reliable and effective. My power goal is 450rwkw..Yes i know its going to be a lag monster....But im a power junkie....We are strictly taking about engnie mods only and not susp driveline etc which I am fully aware is also a priority! Engine mods: tomie in tank lift pump x2 bosch 044 pumps sard fpr surge tank sard 1000cc injectors HKS gtr hks fuel rail tomei poncams 260 hks timing belt heavy duty valve springs/retainers k-line valve guides hks 1.2mm gasket head work head studs wiseco 40thou pistons head decked to suitable comp ( thinking 8.8) eagle h beam rods/bolts acl engine bearings main stud kit balanced bottom end crank collar n1 water/oil pump to4z .81 a/r 6boost manifold hybrid cooler x2 z32 afm power fc/av-cr splitfires greddy plenum q45 tb It will only be a weekend driver and never see track days. 1. I dont know weather to sell the n1 oil pump and fork out the jun one together with a larger sump? Would this be needed? I will modify whats needed to the cylinder head and try keep oil down bottom end. 2.How is the power fc going to run the twin afms? 3. Splitfires sufficent or do i need some mw ignition 4. how about cam gears? I heard NEO dont respond to them and waste of money 5. Will there be any clearance issues mounting the turbo? any feedback appreciated
  16. i dont think the bare bock are the same...Well i know cams for 33 dont fit r34...so the heads are probally different then
  17. i got quoted $1380 new from nissan!!!! The work shop suggested i use a r33 head...Thing is I already got R34 tomei cams, splitfires and power fc....What parts could i use on the r33 head if any?

  19. HKS GT2835 Pro S .87 a/r + turbineless kit Direct bolt onto RB20/25 DET. Kit includes everything needed (bolts,washers,gaskets etc) BRAND NEW still in box HKS front pipe BRAND NEW Bolts directly onto HKS dump pipe included in turbo kit. $3400 for both. Only sell 2getha WILL INCLUDE BRAND NEW STILL IN BOX GREDDY OIL CATCH CAN with turbo package Same turbo kit as what nengun sell expect mine has bigger a/r size. This will increase top end power and help prevent boost drop off towards redline. Remember to factor in 3%+ import duties and 10% gst on top of nengun's price when comparing!! Power fc for R34 GTT - comes with hand controller and 100% BRAND NEW Still in box with manual Z32 air flow meter BRAND NEW still in box and comes with plug aswell $1600 for both. Nismo 480cc injectors- straight drop in for NEO. Only ever been installed onto fuel rail during cam install. But engine suffered damage and as a result opted for engine rebuild in near future. NEVER had fuel passed through them. $650
  20. Could someone please help me find one? I dont know where to begin to look. I prefer new and just need the bare head itself. Any ideas as to how much it is going to set me back?

  22. im no expert in exhaust manifold but man are the xforce crap! I only really noticed when i sat them both side by side...Just look at how the exhaust gases would flow when leaving the cylinder head...Almost at a 90 degree angle!! Not smooth at all...then look at runners 2 and 3....flow at 90 degress to the 1st runner!!! Big time turbulance...Lastly notice how all the runners merge onto the turbo flange...instead of entering directly into the turbine housing, its off to the side...Correct me if im wrong thou? Just my 2 cents

  24. check out these two manifolds, HPI on the left and x-force on the right Seems like the HPI has a better design then the xforce...It seems to be equal length and merge smoother and in the same direction at the turbo flange..Considering the stock turbo postion is very restrictive, HPI has done not a bad job??
