they do work but i feel as if they're just being picky. seat belts lock up properly but just don't fling back with as much force as they should.

hey guys i'm after a rwc place that are fairly lenient as i have a stock r32 except for pod and cat back. i know anyone does it but most of them are pretty picky..well the ones i've been too. took it to kamrt tyre and auto and they want me to change the belt things as it doesn't fling back properly and change the exhaust back to stock because there might not be enough back pressure in the 3" cat back kakimoto and i seriously cannot be stuffed with thsi stupid shite lolz. so just need to know who people have gone through and found them pretty lenient on midly modded imports. western suburbs would be good to. thanks people.

thanks for the input guys.....my main problem with owning a ceffy is that i'm un familiar with the reliability and also just since the poor old school imports are just getting old now otherwise i love them and for the fact that i'm on my p's i'd love some rwd turbo power that is disguised. jsut hoping the car i'm after doesn't disapoint me. thanks again

hey guys i have just sold my r32 gtst and have been thinking about my next car though i have been thinking over buying something turboed again or something just normal to get me around reliably. Now i've been looking at ceffy's like the 4 door thigns and always having a thing for ceffy's but on the other hand i've been thinking about jsut getting a 2000 model lancer which is much newer and a money saver. owning a r32 89 model i have been concerned about getting into another 89 model turbo import since they are almost 20 years old and things are starting to jsut get old but i'm the type of person who is just into the import world and can have nothing but. i am a uni student and only work weekends and couldn't afford maintaining the r32 since there was a few things wrong with it that proved to be quite costly so i gave it to someone who could fix it and give it a good home. i also like my space hence the skyline so i want a 4 door but not only that i'm a drumemr for my band so i like having space. Also i'm a P plater so i like the ceffy being under the power to weight ratio. now my question are: 1. i need a daily to get me around everywhere like school, going out, work, to and from the missus house and so on so is a ceffy a good daily? i'll drive maybe 250-350kms a week. 2. petrol wise how big is the tank, how much to fill up to full with ultimate and how does it go for a stock ceffy with bolt on mods for a full tank? 3. i hate cop attention so do ceffy's get stopped alot or picked on by cops? i would think not since hardly anyone knows what they are? 4. parts availability knowing they are rb20dets but more for drive train and suspension parts? 5. common problems with ceffy's i should look out for? http://www.carsales.com.au/used-cars/priva...=82&trecs=5 that is the ceffy i am interested in and it looks bloody irresistable lol. now its either this or the lancer. of course the lancer being newer, petrol not costing anywhere as much as a turbo, large part availability and an awesome daily is also very tempting but considering my circumstances i'd jsut like to know ur opinions please. i know this is a ceffy forum lol but try and be open minded about it as i've had a long hard think about it but have not come up with a conculsion. thanks!

right now i'm guessing 130-140rwkw but with everything fixed and tuned could get up to 170-180rwkw. gtr pump and injectors should see around or above 200rwkw. it is cheap and i ahte that i have to sell it. jsut don't make enough money to maintain it being a student .
