    yeah I am pretty sure its the castor that does that .. but well worth checking out the steering rack etc etc.

    in regards to finding 98 octane.. a good solution would be to just carry around a box of GOOD octane booster. would at least ensure you could put in average fuel and still keep the motor alive! a EVO etc would be good fun for sure.. but not too sure about the practicality ! get a stagea to do it in haha.. then you can sleep in the back - comfy to drive - but diabolical on fuel

    Looks like a plastic plug or something they might put in a hole to blank it off or something you mention weight.. is it very heavy? or is the " weightyness " of your steering not right?

    but dont forget that after the car cranks over and starts the alternator then provides power to the car.

    I used the jaycar one on my pulsar, back in the days when I Didnt know much. the underlying problem was really a stuffed AFM - but when I tried to "intercept" the signal and mess with it too much the ECU would add/subract timing - so I was never able to get it 100% perfect. so those SAFC etc are good for minor corrections but tend to have limitations.

    yeah the lights on our stagea after compliancing suck bawlz! I was under the impression that the ballasts ran off the 100v line am I wrong ?

    have you checked and cleaned all your idle control valves? there is one that mixes the air specifically for idle ( well I am only basing that knowledge on the sr20det motors , but presume the same would apply. ) why not just mark everything before you take it apart - with one of those white marker pens so you can ensure alignment etc is A-OK on reassembly

    ok I read that the other way. as in 99.5 went to the front wheels - I thought - damned I dont want no FWD again ! can anyone else back this up? it seems that discussions on here have not shown the RWD only model to be much cheaper on fuel

    can someone please confirm if e_methamphetamachine meant that when he had it on 100RWD he got better fuel econ? cause i just read that website for the TS dancer and it lead me to beleive that it was the other way

    I reckon you got a bloody good deal there- all that $$ you saved can go on a few cosmetic mods. and.. the wait is all but over - oh I was sooo apprehensive when I saw the car for the first time as I thought - I am going to do my freaking naaanaa if anything has been damaged on it.
