Hey... on the way home just then all of a sudden, the flutter noise from my turbo was much louder and sounding like it was comming from the other side under the manifold, not the side the turbo is like normal. The Engine is an FJ20DET. The car still drove allright though, so i managed to get home ok. I looked inside the engine bay when I got home, not knowing much bout engines I dont know what to look for exactly. Everything I looked at seemed in order though, no oil leaking or coolant anywhere. anyone have any suggestions what could be wrong with it and if it sounds like something simple and cheap or expensive...

Saw a silver/black DR30 @ 1:30 driving down park terrace, couldnt see any RS Badges on it though. Also saw a yellow 34 with plates 'MR R34' saw a lancer that was painted in a green glitter paint, couldnt stop laughing @ the Ricer

I was thinking of using the sprayers for my headlights that DR30's have. and re-direct the piping to my intercooler and use it as a sprayer for that. sorry to butt in, but for someone like me who prolly drives the car once or twice a fortnight thesedays and doesnt boost it heaps hard all the time, is it worth spending the time/effort?

are they legal? and if so how much do they cost around? are they easy to install?

On my computer somewhere I have a pic I found of a very clean lookin RS-X with 5 stud rims, with SA plates too. never seen the car in the flesh.... if i can find the pic i will post it. there is another one of a red RS-X with r32 GT-R rims that looks pretty pimpin. but a pretty shitty looking kit on the car.

Saw a real nice Black r34 4 door today flying down Park Terrace, just after a grey 33 gt-r with gold rims, then a pimpin grey R34 coupe

I did hear DR30's are easier to come by then R32s these days in Japan... when you see pictures of the car yards over there full of DR30's I can see why. How come most arn't good enough for compliance??? they are in shitbox condition? or to do with other things?

I have wanted one of these for quite some time to replace my r31 wagon..... mind you I would wanna replace the front with an Iron Mask and make it Match my DR30. anyone know if there any others in the country?

does anyone know what kind of money and how easy it would be to turn a 240k to looking like a GT-R?? I saw one awhile back, I think on ebay I remeber it was around the 12k mark it looked pretty tidy, but still had the stock 240k engine from memory
