Do a search under the group buys section (under the for sale thread) and u will find all the info u need. There are 2 places that i would go thru, one from MV Automatics in adelaide, and the other from Knox Automotive in melbourne. I have used the latter and couldnt be happier with the product. But both groups are super friendly to deal with.

So if i flush the lot out and replace with fully synthetic, would that make a difference at all? When i put the shift kit in, i only drained and replaced with the normal rubbish. I am planning on an upgraded 3000rpm torque convertor soonish, so i might do it then

I am in the same boat. One second it sits normal, then it drops to 0. Scared me to death eh. How difficult is it to get to that oil pressure sender unit in the pic? I can picture it, but i have hands bigger than dinner plates, so it's super hard for me to even get my hands around the oil filter.

Hey all, i have notice the auto box behaving a bit odd lately. And by lately, the last month, month and a half or so. After i start up, i am on a highway doing 100 in a few minutes. It is holding revs at 2900rpm at 100 klms, then after a certain amount of time, it settles back to 2650 odd where it always has. On colder days, it seems to take ages to find that final 'gear ratio' for lack of a better word. But when i start her up and get on the highway later on in the day when it has warmed up a bit it settles to 2650rpm quite suddenly. Is this normal? Has the cold affected anyone else's slush boxes at all? I put a shift kit thru the auto last sat, flushed the fluid etc, but it still seems to do it. Cheers, Chris

Shifts have firmed up heaps. 1st to 2nd is lighting fast, chirps and pulls hard. Back end squirms all over the road! 2nd to 3rd has the back end getting outta shape. Clicking the over drive bangs hard too!

If u have an auto skyline and u dont get one of these you shouldnt have an auto skyline. BLOODY AWESOME! Bangs straight into gear under normal driving, get up it and it SMASHES thru gears! Chirps and belts second, then third! Wow. I can talk highly enough about this eh! But in addition to the product, the boys service and promptness to return calls and emails is second to none.
