Sounds good to me - can you order it andrew? I'll be happy to chip in -D
-
Good stuff.... glad it wasnt torched -D
-
Pretty much the cost of $5 per brekky covers everything - whether u want the extras or not is fine, as people who eat less meat tend to fill up on the other stuff, everything works itself out... -D EDIT : No Egg? And you call yourself an aussie? Sheesh (Forgot to mention there will be baked beans too for the vego communist hippies)
-
First we feed krishy baked beans and eggs and then we throw him on a spit and have krishy yiros jk bacon, eggs, sausage, tomato, bread, onion, mushroom, etc - english breakfast - without the black pudding cause that shits gross -D
-
Yep, She'd confirmed earlier that you and Abe have already paid I'll mark u down as paid Dion -D

Usual sutff - bushes, paint cracking, interior wear etc. Best to get an RAA mechanic to do the once over if you're not mechanically inclined... On the other hand, I know RubyRS4 has a 4 door r33 that hes looking to sell once he gets his Stag back on the road - send him a message - private sales are always better deals than import yards or dealerships -D
-
Yeah we've only had 4 people express interest and Im afraid we'd probably need more demand to justify the travel for the bloke, so I guess we'll just have to do our own detailing when we get up there - no reason you cant get a job done in adelaide beforehand -D

1 set of Whiteline adjustable rear upper control arms fitted to the car yesterday but I've decided to use the stock arms with adjustable bushes instead $350. Part number KTA118 - suit r32, z32 and s13's -D

Cara does have both the flags and the sau banner, however she doesnt know when/if she'll be around for us to pick up said items. The best I could get out of her via MSN tonight was to call her the day before the event happens and then we drive to wherever that is, and pick up the items. Brings me to the next point, I know some are staying for the sunday cruise, who will need a 2nd breakfast the next day? I got a bunch of people down for the sat morning, so if u add yr names to the sunday it'd be just as easy (and cheaper).... Also, i'd like to know how Troy (Sapphire), Ruby and Shane are going in regards to accomodation; will u guys want a detailer and will you want sat or sun brekky and for how many people ? Let me know folks - I hate asking the same questions over and over again. -D

Just got off the phone from Pete and Andrew We're going to use Andrews canopy for the show, same one that was used at Kadina. This saves everyone $20 odd (Which means I owe Aberax $20 cause he's already paid), and Pete has a few star droppers for us to mount Flags on - Shane apparently has a couple of nissan flags which we can hopefully use.... Does anyone out there have any kinda merchandise/nissan stuff they'd like to bring to bling up the display? Please let me know as soon as you guys have paid for your entry so I can note it down in the spreadsheet. -D

Just got the car back from the mechanics... now rocking 1.5 degrees negative camber on the rear... feels real nice around corners > -D

OEM price for Vista Home Premium with free Win7 upgrade - you need to be an authorized MS system builder to get it at that price of course -D

+1. Nothing like Gods own brekky to start the day -D

I think there are still some haters out there due to the fact it wasnt their clique who thought of it Regardless of who decided to get the club off the ground, the people who cared enough to get it started put their words into action, got the members involved, appointed a club executive via democratic voting and actually now have something to show for it (a successful dyno day, a good display at kadina and cams affiliation...) to the knockers - can you do better? Or is naysaying all you can contribute? Looking forward to the next successful SAU:SA display at the Loxton Riverland Auto Expo with a bunch of fun lovin' folks... -D

Seagates (esp Barracudas) have always been the quietest range of desktop hdds for the last 5 years. WD have better reliability and speed however, which is why theyre more common - seagate is a company that concentrates on their enterprise market (as in scsi hdds, raid arrays, serial attached scsi etc) so they don't promote their stuff as much, and the technology from enterprise eventually trickles down to the consumer level.. that said, Im running the 1tb WD drives for data storage so I'm not really concerned about noise... If I was building a silenced rig (without SSD's) I'd be using the seagate drives in a silenced and cooled enclosure... however SSD are totally silent, very reliable and generate almost no heat - their only downside at this point in time is write speeds and the cost People are using 2.5's because its no longer necessary to have 3.5" hdds. Back in the old days, a 10mb hdd would take up 2x 5.25" bays, and when the 80386 came out they had 3.5" hdd's (this is circa 91 give or take a year)... from next year onwards you'll be seeing cases with 2.5" hdd bays alongside the 3.5" bays - professional Serial Attached Scsi (SAS) drives run around 15,000 rpm and have 150gigs in a 2.5" form factor - the rackmount systems i work on are generally packing a raid5 of such drives www.solidstatedigital.com.au will have every solid state drive available for consumers. I bought my aftermarket runcore 32gb ssd for my asus eee pc from them, and theyre a bunch of top blokes - i personally will be buying 2x60gb SSD OCZ Vortex when windows 7 comes out and I can buy a copy, then installing them as a raid 0 array for a total of 120gb, with a raid1 mirror of 2 gigs (2x2gb wd blacks) -D
