Hey andrew I did some research after last time u told me this, and its the N1 Oil Pump that does this the n1 water pump has no problems whatsoever, it actually eliminates low end cavitation without compromising top end besides 5 minutes of idling in hot weather will not be caused solely by the water pump. the tubes, water pressure and rad core is also an issue.. srs, check it out, its the oil pumps. thats why im gonna stick with my stock oil pump, but the n1 is a worth upgrade -D EDIT - it may very well be a case also of supporting mods - i have new hose and 52mm radiator. that would help offset idle temps, however I really dont think a 52mm radiator does much more than a stocker when one is standing still ;P

I've lodged mine and will get it... if you lodge your return within the next 4 weeks you should still get it, however it'll have to wait for ur return to get processed before they even bother getting to the bonus (which starts getting distributed mid april) -D

yeah its something i'll keep in mind - i'll need to eventually upgrade my afm's and if I do that I dont want the current pods oiling up the electrodes, so I may as well upgrade to the 80mm filter... anyhow that can wait till I get my turbos. after that i'll see how much leeway my injectors and afm's have before I need to replace them -D

I'm considering new airpods since my M's have the oil spitting problem which periodically requires I clean the AFM's.... keen to find out what the best pair I can get for 80mm/z32 diameter tubing, but apexi look decent enough... what actual model did u have joel? -D

Crikey.) I think eventually I'll get the ISC one and the Autech can as well as drilling an oil return from the head and putting in 1.5mm stoppers in the oil channels, and a sump baffle from somewhere. That should be enough for any street car. -D

Two things : Strut braces, fore and aft (esp the front one with the firewall brace) and also underbody chassis bracing. Seen them around a bit, tho I cant remember where.... but tbh are u going to need it? If you're gonna drift the car, sure, its a good investment but not for a streeter or occasional track beast -D

He's a vietnam veteran, and TPI at that.... would love to watch it happen tho haha.... i think some people in sapol and the government have forgotten that police are most effective when the public are 100% behind them. theoretically only career criminals and professional miscreants should be worried about the scrutiny of the police. but unfortunately in practice, politicians like to meddle.... and so they turn the police from a body that finds and prosecutes murderers, rapists and thieves to one which doses out speeding tickets to raise revenue, and actively encourages them to harass drivers at random so they can make a totally inappropriate quota... think about it.... a quote is implying that our politicians *want* a certain percentage of the population to be deemed 'criminal'.... gives them something to harp on about and instills enough fear and self righteous pontification to the point that nobody has the balls to question their motives... and to top it off, they make the police liable for trivial accidents, load them up with stupendous amounts of paperwork, and kicks them out the door when they're no longer young and stupid, and generally won't put up with the crap anymore -D

Its the same with a lot of shit that rann has done They call him media mike for a good reason... he does a lot of insubstantial nonsense which makes him look like he's hardcore but has absolutely no effect in reality... Interesting to see the amount of hydro shops getting firebombed.... Theres a book I read a couple years ago called "Getting Justice Wrong : Myths, Media, and Crime" by the emminent NSW lawman Nicholas Cowdery QC (Who just happens to be the Director of Public Prosecutions in NSW)... He makes many good points about how the legal system more often than not does a great job but has no problem pointing out its flaws and how we can improve it. He goes on to write about how the "war on drugs" is a total waste of time and he is SCATHING of political involvement in the law, and does a very good job of deconstructing politicians and their baseless aims. He has an entire chapter devoted to how the politicians pick a cause and start acting like gorillas to make the public think they're tough/committed/intelligent/principled/moral/etc...It's no wonder that the NSW politicians have been trying to get him ousted for the last few years because he keeps throwing pie in their faces, but thankfully they haven't managed it. If any of you even have the smallest passing interest in law and order, I highly recommend you hit your local library. Theres a copy in most and it only takes a few hours to read from front to end.... -D
