  1. unfortunately most of the houses are energy sinks... poorly designed, poorly insulated with massive airconditioners to cope... i saw a report a few years ago in the advertiser which indicated that people in mawson lakes had a bigger electricity bill than most others (whether or not they had plasma tvs before they became common im not sure) people need to start designing houses with eaves or verandas like they did 150 years ago... and then insulate the hell out of it -D

  20. Theres nothing wrong with bendix. I've been using them for the last two years and have zero complaints, why change? I've never even heard of lucas pads, and I don't track the car so *shrug* why bother.. -D

  22. I used to be a big fan of Balfours. Square Meat Pie USED to be great, now its an overly salty sea of gristle and bone encased in greasy pastry. Its no wonder people go villis pies but the frog cakes are still hardcore. so to are the vanilla slices... i hope balfours gets a clue and stop skimping on price, cos their square pies used to rule. now theyre shit. SHIT. -D
  23. unscrew the panel to your knee trim cover. takes a philips head and 20 seconds there may be a dinger attached to the cover. unplug this unit - you wont hear dings (not a definative guide but it certainly proved true with me) -D
