  1. u offering to do mine too? mines rockin' the balgowan spec -D
  2. Being a dickhead and getting caught is one thing. Driving a defectable vehicle and being defected is another. Thats why we NEED a list, a definitive list, of what is and isnt permissible. The manner of driving doesnt even come into account with a defect situation. If you're driving like a dickhead, you'll get cited for Dangerous Driving or Driving with Undue Care. -D
  3. it depends on the plastic moulds. its possible to do it on most cars but you'd have to check if the indicator arm connects to the keyhole/ignition relay. It's doable, but I expect it wouldn't be as easy as just rotating it 180' -D
  4. Heh I'm getting my new one next week some time. Won't be fitted for a couple of weeks but its been a long time coming and I'm excited like Big Kev.. R33 GTR Series 2 Manual box. MMM. -D
  5. Yeah... lets hope the police can find the guns to hit those targets.... RCK is what happens when you sniff a lot of glue.... bogans burning rubber and thinking they're hardcore... One twit on youtube who posted an RCK vid didn't like what I had to say (I said burnouts were pissweak esp on a single peg diff), so all he could do was say "Im gonna bash ya if I see ya"... yep.... something tells me that these people weren't Physics majors..... bring on the SAPOL onslaught I say -D
  6. Its a 'Competition Pro'. I still have my '64 and 2600 heh. Maybe they'll be worth something in 20 years -D EDIT : And the game on screen is International Karate. FYI.

  9. As long as its carbon fiber trim eh -D
  10. I've heard two arguments about TT's. 1. That anything that keeps a cars ignition running (aka a TT) can be fatal in a crash due to keeping the engine running while the ignition circuit is turned off (I really dont know about this) 2. TT's can leave a car turned on and unsupervised, which can be an issue if there are children in said vehicle. There was another argument about TT's being legal as long as its part of your security system, but I really don't know -D
  11. He even has geek physique! -D
  12. ditto - turns out i have a meeting and am working late next wed so I might just have to donate and enter the raffle and rock up whenever I can get down there -D
  13. nah he meant Labotomy. Its when you remove the brain from a Labrador. -D
  14. I bet she works in a bakery. They push her face in the dough to make gorilla biscuits... -D
  15. This is a bit suss. How can something that is permanently mounted (aka affixed to a piece of the bodywork/frame) be any safer than something mounted with a suction cap? In the event of a crash, anything not mounted correctly turns into a missile... This is the sorta stuff we need clarified. -D
  16. Neil if you're reading this thread, can you please post us a known list of Major and Minor defects, or point us towards the official current guidelines? I think it'd be in everyones interest to know what they need to get fixed. Cheers -D EDIT - A locked Wiki would be a really good format to outlay the status of particular modifications and the certifications required, and higher definitions - aka gauge location. I know this is a big thing and wont happen overnight but I think it'd be great to have. Maybe christian can put a wiki on the server for us to use for a fee...
  17. Great work Nene, I'm hoping it all works out for the best. Police assistance to direct traffic is a huge thing for them to offer, would be great (considering it usually costs $2000-4000 for police escorts) -D
  18. Cool steve, come by my joint on tues even and I'll give u cash does this cost include some kinda food or is that on top? cheers -D
  19. Yeah there are a bunch of nice places in the city, i do miss the variety of places to eat but sticking my own lunch in the bag is much cheaper heh Sushi train was very popular tho it made me feel a bit queasy at times, I liked the one inside the Southern Cross food court and Ajisen was awesome too but their japanese ramen beats all sushi heh -D
  20. I've used Prestige Car Care (Tony) and he does a fantastic job for a great price. Definately recommended, and he comes to your home/business to do it.. Cheers D
