  2. I'm biased because I've never driven a skyline aside from my own r32 gtr.. and even then I bought it after having only been a passenger in it... I love the looks of the 34's front... and some 33's look extremely nice, esp the gts-25's (or whatever the 2.5lt ver is called) with the rounded rear wing... thats a booty worthy of hittin'.... but I got the gtr cause it was The Legend, and it also was a balance in all aspects, of what I found important.... looks, handling, power, price, safety, comfort...other people have that list in different orders.... I think the stock skylines look a hell of a lot nicer than a lot of the cars on our roads, but some modified skylines look like the aftermath of letting a crackhead into a body workshop... not to mention theres a certain point where a car remains practical and a vast other that becomes unfeasible (ie you run out of money cause your r32 is worth $200k). Ultimately the coolest thing about most nissan sedans and wagons, is that theyre very very tweakable for a reasonable price.. and the layout and design of the cars is such that the layout makes sense, it doesnt take vast amounts of time to do a simple job... and to compare against many other cars, proportionately speaking the performance from such cars are comparable to exotics and classics. If you got any of the skylines, or stags, or 180's/200's then you've got a massive amount of information and aftermarket suppliers to choose from. If you have a Nissan exa I'll lol at you but thats worthy of another post. Just dont get offended, everyone has a different opinion on what does and doesnt look cool. Theres nothin' written in slate about what is or isnt cool.... just ignore and remember, you got your car to suit you, and not some other wannabe pimp noob out there... ;D -Uncle Dohmar

  16. No. The -7's with .48 rears. I know what I want Ryan@ISC and Antimatter both have the same turbos -D
  17. doubtful. im no mechanic but im guessing a tear in a vac hose will just impact performance as the engine runs a negative vacuum when not on boost (depends where the tear is I think).... I had the exact same problem as you and the mechanics couldnt get it to misbehave... so I just changed the suspect afm myself to see if it was the culprit and i've never had a problem since... -D
  18. I had the same problem and it was solved by replacing one of my AFM's. I have a spare rb26dett stock AFM, if you need to borrow it to see if it makes a difference, just send me a PM -D

  23. So whos gonna supply a dobermann or german shepherd to guard all the pimpmobiles?
  24. Wasnt fiction Rueben. it made the paper the next day... Point im trying to make is no matter how good you are in a car or a bike, you can't anticipate everything. And in a car you at least have a pretty hefty metal frame to keep you protected from the initial impact, and a seatbelt to stop u getting catapaulted out the window... when the old man came off his harley a few years ago and broke his arm, it was cause of a dodgy pothole on a corner in the wet... doubt he'd have broken his arm if he was in his mercedes ;P incidentally the harley was barely damaged, just some scraping on some components on the left side but he had em replaced under warranty.... he didnt have medical insurance tho... and yeah he felt that as badly as the injury heh -D
  25. While its sad it happened, I have to say that this is a risk any cyclist takes. 100 ways to get taken out on a bike. I remember a paramedic friend telling me one day that he'd attended an accident scene in the hills on a bend, a biker had leaned to far in to an oncoming bus and the helmet caught on the front of the bus and ripped his head off his body... they found the helmet with the head still in it attached to the front of the bus... sounds like this guys conscience is heavy (as it would be) and its not the best circumstances... does make u think to go easy on the drifting around blind corners ;P -D
