I'd have recommended Adelaide Pro Sound but George has closed shop now ;( He did however, a wild setup for me. Clarion mp3/cd head, Rockford Fosgate Amp, sound deadening and a set of Rainbow Audio splits for the front. Car already had some rear carrozerria speakers that were ok... going to get a single 10" sub next... like noted, unless you're entering comps, you dont need any more than a 10" if you're just listening to music. I have an 8" sub inside my logitechs on my PC and they go hard.... and 10" woofers have a much better frequency range than an 8". dont know about 12's or 15's but one is more than enuff no matter your choice. (PS think of how much boot space u sacrifice for those 2 subs! egads...) At a guess I'd recommend ministry of bass. I'd always go for a specialist car audio shop (reputable ones) than any places like Strathies or JB... tho I'm sure that some strath/jb franchises actually employ decent people, when u go to a single shop that has specialists, u know u cant go wrong. Wasn't cheap to get my stereo setup but it was worth >every cent< (Yeah, u know ur car audio is good when u go to ur car to listen to music instead of the home stereo) -D

Your car reminds me of my old 31... i was so cut when I wrote it off.... my old 31 used to drop a cylinder sometimes, i cant remember if it was the leads, the plugs or the distributor that needed replacing but it was always more noticeable when the AC was on... I doubt theres anything wrong with it, its probably just a small contact problem like you've already noted Grrats on the purchase too, bargain! -D

Saw a 4 door black 34 with HKS sticker aft of the left front wheel arch and a nismo badge on the rear, on Nth East road then turning down ascot ave... Also saw a yellow 34 turning from hampstead road into north east about 30 seconds later -D

Thx... Funny thing is, I've been using Dohmar as my alias since 95/96... around the time I graduated yr 12... Been my nick on Bulletin Boards (Critical mass was my own), IRC (Austnet #adelaidesa haha), Soldier of Fortune 2 (represent Optus servers), and its also the name of the toon I have in world of warcraft (Dohmar/Insurrection - Khaz'goroth). And now the car. And when I posted the pics of my numberplates on the warcraft guild website everyone thought I was nuts to name my car after the toon, but they just didnt get it I spose... FOR THE HORDE -D

heya folks, got my new exhaust fitted last sat by mark and the crew down at exhaust technology. got a twin junBL muffler set here off the forums second hand (originally from exh. tech.) and got mark to add a resonator and mount it as close to the body as he could... sounds much better than the clapped out 3.5" kakimoto cannon i used to have.... *two thumbs up* for the service at exhaust technology...will take more pics when its up on the gantry next -Ben

Lol to be anal im gonna point out that ur referring to the 'crips' not the crypts... and you're right about the number of shots fired, the spent shell casings alone give a pretty decent indication that the fire was sustained.... sadly, someone will eventually get caught in the crossfire... i doubt the police or politicians can really do much, as there is no limit to human stupidity, so its a bit hard to prevent it. Tho it just goes to show how much of a farce the gun buyback really was. No problem getting a gun if you're involved in a gang, but if you're a dude who likes target shooting (like me) then you're pretty much up shit creek without a paddle.. Tho my latest bright idea is to force the bikies caught doing this to wear pink spandex and appear on the new season of gladiators. And then give them all chainsaws. It'll be funny to watch them run forrest run when they havent got the gun.. -D

Yeah I was in town last nite till midnight... (Went and saw Helmet @ Fowlers Live *farking awesome show*).... there were a couple bikie looking types around but they were minding their own business (and one was at the church in nth tce heh)... didnt see/hear anything suspect last nite really, but then again north terrace is far from gouger st.. -D

Tis indeed food for thought however they'd have to prove that your opinion isnt based in fact (and therefore becomes slander) and then once that is proven, they'll have to prove that the slander directly caused a loss of profit. And if they do decide to sue, you can countersue for emotional distress and other nonsense.. if it is in print it's Libel anyway, and to be considered 'libel' it needs to be published (which I'm totally not sure whether a forum is considered published, my gut tells me "no" as there isnt an editor that vets the post before they're made public) Anyone here a lawyer? Hey Folks Well after a few days to recouperate, I can say I enjoyed the trip to Moonta. In the end it was just myself and Writeoff and a friend of ours. Weather was sucky but we had a great time drinking and talking shit. On a sour note, while we were there, someone went thru the caravan park sifting thru the cars for stuff to steal. Both my and writeoffs alarms went off during this time, around 3-4 am. We were, however, able to inspect the area before disarming the alarms and there was nothing taken from us in particular. Due to this incident, next moonta camp/fishing/boozing trip will be held in 2-3 months time, but will only have details given out via invite... if you're keen to come along, eat some pizza, bbq, drink booze and perhaps maybe even just drop a fishing rod/crab net into the ocean, then pst me. i want to get numbers now. i know half of u people arent gonna bother appearing, but i'll try n get something happening regardless. Ahh yeah. And i wont plan it for a long weekend the next time. extra tarrifs + police activity is a bother. A fri nite - sun morning expedition is all I'm proposing now. -D
