  3. yeah its pretty good out there this month... this weekend in particular is looking like a nice clear, windless weekend...our original charter had an issue with his primary 400hp diesel and has to fly another $20k engine out from belgium, which puts him out of the charter game for a month at least, thankfully he gave us the number of a mate of his from another township nearby and got the booking made this morning.... best thing about charters, you might pay anywhere from $150-$250 for a day out on the ocean, but you'll leave with about that much in fish... 9 kilo snapper is worth around $180 at $20 a kilo, so you catch one snapper, 6 ruggers and 20 king george whiting, you've easily made your money back -D
  4. maybe ur mums both had the same milkman back in the day -D
  5. krishy, pm me asap if you're free sat - sun, i might be able to swang something for u -D
  6. yeah, snapper are awesome fish, good fun to catch and excellent eating... chuck them in a charcoal fired weber, they come out pretty darn nice.... max limit is 1 snapper per person but you can get 6 ruggers each legally too (ruggers are juvies) -D
  7. hoping to get one of these over the weekend... nice big fishie -D
  8. hey im sure tangles never stole his garden hose hey tangles, you do realize u can buy garden hose from bunnings yo? -D
  9. thats exactly what i was thinking govt managed to ban bongs, they never banned garden hose and coke bottles *grin* -D
  10. Jetty Road, Glenelg and Hindley St are no go zones as far as Im concerned Gorge road often has a bit of police presence, as does any road near the beach (think semaphore) and of course the boundaries of the city. O'connell st north adelaide has enough police to be worried about defects but not enough of a presence to stop the car theft sadly. -D
  11. haha yeah i suppose that is a point... brings to mind that song by NWA "Just don't bite it" -D
  12. yes, thats the whole point of putting nistune on there. a remap can be achieved by flashing over the eeprom of any ECU however the nistune actually lets you adjust each variable in real time.. troy, looks like shes giving head... which i suppose is why she has her name tattooed upside down (incase the one night stand is too drug munted to remember the name of the hussy going down on his unit... epic tattoo fail that -D
  13. if hanging around the workshop at road and track has taught me one thing, its taht BMWs are really badly designed (as far as accessiblity and others are concerned)... I know that nobody wanted to work on this BMW, and there was an MR2 engine swap as well as a GTR gearbox swap... and that got the preference heheh -D
  14. 4x Bilstein coilovers - non adjustable, 1 inch under street spec height but perfect for track duties. Cornering is better with the bilsteins rather than my teins, as the teins bounce around corners, the bilsteins dont. Only selling cause I could use the cash - $800 neg 1 low KM r33 GTR series 2 gearbox. Synchros and gears are in top notch. I paid $1300 as a backup because I thought my current box was on the way out, but it was an unrelated issue. Asking $1300 neg. 4x toyo t1r tyres with 5-10% tread on them, for 16" rim at 225 wide... asking $50 -D
  15. that and the fact that they're not cheap to keep roadworthy, insure, theyre a scumbag magnet and a pita when it comes to police attention. -D
  16. heard today that haltech have bought whats left of dyno dynamics... will be interesting to see where they take the company -D

  21. would be nice if we could disassociate 'cop' with 'cop' esp since we use the term drift cop often... sau admins, holler at me yo... -D
  22. the main problem you'll find with skyline drivers, is the need versus the convenience. Theres nowhere near enough e85 stations to make daily and long distance drives practical, the distance between stations is often not feasible for those who drive around the state a lot... at least with 98 you can find it in most stations...and then there is the reduction in efficiency, which means those on e85 have to fill up 20% more often than those with a tank of petrol (ala lpg, a low density gas)...I'm all for alternative fuels, esp if theyre environmentally friendly (which e85 is) and cheap per vol (whcih e85 is) but we cant really tune our dailies for it until stations start offering it. Even with nisstune, it'd take a laptop to program an alternate fuel map - who wants to do that? Its just not practical. I can say confidently, that when our oil reserves run out and we get forced to use e85, there wont be a proble, but till then, keep tuning for 98 ron- unless you're a trackhound and can get tankers delivering the good stuff.... -D
  23. i love ur posts yo but ur current sig is shit lol - how much longer do we have to be subjected *cries* I hate ms paint -D
  24. depends on the target yo, im happy keeping my stock 32 gtr ecu -D
