Ouch! There were some very nice cars in that display, I just was sure the holden boys would have won it. Ya'll have given us a bit to think about regarding our next display, sure points out ways that we can improve.. Cyas next year fo sure -D

Why not? If theyre classified like a vehicle as you say, then they can pay for the maintenance and upkeep, same as us drivers do. 80% of all statistics are made up ;P But I agree with u on speed limits. Would like to point out that cyclists are in no way as visible as cars, sometimes Im driving at night and seeing cyclists without lights or reflective vests... bottom line is, if we want people to get fit and ride n save petrol and coin (which we do) then lets invest the cash in dedicated bike trails like linear park and get as many cyclists off the road - everyone would win then -D -

Yep 4 times yesterday driving around the place.... mostly in packs of 4, 2 abreast but still cmon guys, the bike lane is single file... you are NOT lance armstrong and u never will be so just stick to single file and take advantage of reduced wind resistance the velodrome was built on the pretense of getting some of these hoon cyclists off the road, but it just hasnt worked ;P -D -
saw yours too, was wondering who it was... looks tough as dude also saw a black r34 gt on south road crossing over grand junction road, and another black r34 gtr next to my sisters house rocking black cr kai's ... very nice indeed -D

Thats what Im talkin about, build dedicated trails so they have no cause to whinge. I still see cyclists without helmets riding on roads. Morons... Linear park's bike trail is quite a good example of what could be good, however the cyclists still menace pedestrians. their mentality is that 'if i go off the trail ill get a puncture so I'll make the pedestrians take 1 little step sideways' Dicks. Dennis Leary said "Ever had one of those bike guys crash into your car door? They come up 'Hey man, you're in my space!'.... NO! its the space for the door to open moron" -D -

its pretty arrogant the roads were made for cars car owners and other vehicles pay registration and other fees to keep the roads maintained and when there ARE speed limits for cars, you see these lycra clad dickheads exceeding said speed limits. I've been overtaken by wankers when doing 50kph in a 50 zone. f**k cyclists, they should stick to linear park or piss off. -D -
haha great pic. cute kid too, grats mane -D

Aha! what a choice photo. I was having a good time behind the dude in the old red convertible, such a great looking car, and he totally suited it with his driving cap. Two thumbs up Thx for taking onboard the criticism, but theres always a whinger somewhere ;D The show was awesome, we had a great time and we'll be back next year fo sho! And I dont begrudge the 300zx team winning the trophy, I was sure that the holden boys would take it away (cos it looked sweet) but at the end of the day I'm not an expert - judges are So grats to the 300zx club. We're going to give u a run next year for sure, so be on your toes > -D

yeah ya must have been considering him and his gf were sitting with us in the tent for a couple hours lol kids, dont do drugs -D Edit - this would probably explain why andrews hangover was twice as bad as the next seediest person (luke)

He wasnt having a go at your car. He was praising shanes. There is a difference. If you read between the lines hard enough you can interpret it any way you want, but he wasn't dissing your ride... +1 to what martin just posted too. We had a great weekend, because it was about the company with other likeminded legends Tho the voting is a little suss at times, we really did quite well out of it when you consider it And Krishy is spot on - airbrushing is a crazy hard skill that takes hours and hours to do - and if you screw it up you have to start from scratch. Vinyls are just a type of sticker, not saying they look cheap or are easy to do (because theyre not) but theyre not in the same league as airbrushing. Same could be said with the whole coupe/hatch thing, theyre similar but not in the same class. Coupes are 2 door sedans, Hatchs finish at the rear wheel and have the boot before the rear axle. Its like the difference between a mid mounted engine or a rear mounted engine (axle placement). In either case, Im sure that next years show might just have extra categories, after all you can only improve when you get constructive criticism, and I know that comparing last year and this year, that this years was much much bigger. Cant wait to see next years effort! -D

a coupe is not a hatchback a hatchback is not a coupe but ur car was nice, something different -D

r u running an ebc? take it to road and track if u can get off work early -D

Word. I snore like a MF so thats why I get my own room, the cheaper and stingier the better cos it motivates me to lax back in krishys bachelor pad-away-from-home epic suites... I'd also like to affirm my support for Shane and Pete as Pres and VP respectively, they did a great job keeping us miscreants in line and both contribute many years of experience for us younger ones to take on board. Andrews hardly crude, in actual fact hes rather a gentleman when drunk. its only pity for krishy that he has to deal with the amorous nature of the nightcrawler. Besides, nightcrawler passes out before the real dirty stuff happens Cool I look forward to the link Cheers -D

I know they're built into the weatherstrip retainers, but those are $600 each. I've had mine fall out so I'm keen to know where I can get the soft rubber inserts for the weatherstrip retainers too -D
