Ladies and Gents, 1. Recaro SR3 reclinable seat & drivers side Bride rail to suit R33 (and R32 & A31...) - good condition - $500 2. R33 GTR turbos removed at 82,000kms - 1 in perfect condition the other has excessive shaft play and suits a rebuild - $100 3. Apexi 'pen' Turbo Timer brand new and in still in the box - $100 4. Tyres: 2x Kumho KU36s in 235/45R17 - travelled on a few 1000 kms - $125 5. Mate, i owned a stock R32 many moons ago and all I did was spend spend and spend - get a modded car with plenty of history and care. Like the V-spec above (I havent seen that car but has some tasty mods and its a VspecII)... I bought a Racepace worked R33 that was immaculate for around 30k - the engine build and power support mods cost nearly that alone! GTR's are a bargain but it anything goes wrong expect to pay huge $$$$ to fix + maintenance isn't cheap... that said I LOVE my GTR!!! If you're going to drive it hard start saving for an engine build too... PS - Racepace inspection is a must for any purchase! Ideally you'd let them maintain it too... That's my 2c for the day

Grabbing 3rd before entering southern loop does make sense as grabbing it mid corner does unsettle the car more than it already is at that point... I'll give it a shot I found using 5th through turn 3 gave me 10km/hr more speed but that may be the result of my smaller turbos and power that stops around 7500rpm or a little earlier... And yeah I'm running bigger Ksport brakes but some of that benefit is lost by also running Federal tyres so I dont think I can brake later than you! So much to learn - looking forward to getting back there next year!!! And speed matters dude

Certainly was a bloody good day - and the more poeple I get to know the better it gets! Great vid Ant - shows just how much more I have to learn!!! Also interesting to see we use different gears in some corners too - obviously your method works! I short shift into 5th as I enter turn 3 for example and I'm in 4th on the way into turn 2 and only grab 3rd about mid way around... interesting... And awesome pics MacGillaZ!

PPS - are you going to do some track days with the new engine? Might wanna do brakes too - Ksport 356mm 8pot brake kit is under $2k from UK with EBC Blue pads and they work a bloody treat!!! You know you wanna do it

Low oil pressure is now fully understandable!!! Poor stock pistons were putting out over 450whp so they've had a hard life!!! PS - same wheels as meeeeeeee

That's much MUCH higher than I run on an R33 GTR... I run 28-29psi cold and 35-37psi hot... The tyes start to go off after about 3 - 4 laps at Phillip Island and so I just figured they were too hot... I'll trying running them higher but I reckon they will go off faster - I'll report back soon

Same wheels as meeeee! I'm running 18 x 10.5 +15 on an R33 GTR and the the rears are borderline too wide and I reckon you can fit more under the fronts... Although I have a fair bit of camber up front so maybe with a street wheel alignment it would look pretty full... What sort of difference did the diffs make? More tail happy? How does it feel if you lift or brake midcorner?

I think Stelvio is on the cards! 3 weeks and 3800kms of the worlds best roads planned... Just need to sort out a car!!! And I think they'll be a few passes that don't suit the size or and ride height of the Fez so we'll have to respect that when the roads aren't welcoming... If that's possible
