Up for sale is my bros R32 gtst. Just finished servicing and fixing a few things these last few weeks. Finished it all and decided to give it a wash, thats when all hell broke loose. Just a few hours after, that massive storm that hit SEQ a few weeks ago decided to persuade a tree to fall on it, cracking the windscreen and hitting the roof. He doesnt have the funds at the moment to fix it, so he's just seeing if theres any interest in it as is. He is looking for around the $7,500 mark but is open to offers. He might strip it at a later date if theres no interest. It is still registered to June 2009. hey guys im after a few things for my car (Black R33 Series II GTST) - Front Bar (that hasnt been cut for cooler or anything, pref black but doesnt have to be) Front Wheel Arch Trims - Both Sides (that go the whole 180degree around the tyre i need both front and back parts if that makes sense) Under Engine Splash Gaurd R33 Series II Front Reo Bar (Mines been cut for a cooler, just seeing how much people are selling un-hacked ones for) also after a few things for my bros R32 GTST Alloy Radiator that will drop straight in and that shroud, temp sensor will go straight in New or near new top and bottom radiator hoses Around Brisbane area so I can inspect and pick up, if you can help just shoot me a PM Thanks

A quick question for you guys I took the cas off my bros r32 rb20det and stupid me forgot to mark it, Ive spun the belt around a few times and what not and now ive lost where it originally sat. I know ive got to use a timing light and get it to the correct degree but what im unsure of, unlike an r33 with a half moon key that can only go on one way, this is like a double hex star, can i put it in any slot then time it to 15 or does it have to line up a certain key I hope that made sense Thanks.

So would the Shockproof Light help the box get a bit quieter ? is it thicker than vxm80 (I can get this cheap so thats why I keep refering to it) because I was thinking if I've got too thinner oil in there it should quieten down with thicker oil ? I dont really give the car much stick, shift very smoothly etc so the box doesnt really get a workout so I'm just unsure if its worth putting Redline in, all im really after is something to get it less noisy as it is extremely noticeable. And also would the Nulon additive help noise, or is its only purpose to just help smoother shifts ? Thanks for your help

I've been reading through threads and also the "goods on oils" thread (which has awesome info btw) but I am unable to find an answer to my question. My gearbox (R33 Series II Manual, 97000kms) has ALOT of gear chatter (sounds like heatshields rattling) around 1 - 2k rpm but after that totally quiet also hard to shift in the mornings, I am fairly sure there is the wrong type of oil in there, and im looking for an oil that will hopefully rid my box of the chatter, and also help the shifts. I've heard that nissan recommend VXM 80. (also heard adding Nulon G70 additive to it), I've also heard conflicting stories about Redline, Motul etc - dont use in a syncro box, it will destroy your box etc. Basically Im wondering if any of you guys have had this problem and know what oil would best eliminate or atleast quite down the chatter/rattle and also help the cold shifts. Is it worth just getting the VXM 80 with the additive or better to use a more expensive oil ? Thanks

Doesnt really matter, anything that'll fit a series II thats in decent condition, also I dont have a FMIC (still have SMIC) so hopefully would look decent without a big gap in the middle Around brisbane area Thanks

Hey guys just recently pulled out the injectors on my RB25. Was extremely gentle removing them, didnt loose any of the spacers etc, made sure I was gentle. I am getting them professionally cleaned soon. I took the caps off no dramas but I noticed that 1 or 2 of the injectors have some of the little tangs have broken off where the nozzles are. Just wondering if this this going to damage or change anything with the spray pattern or anything like that ? Or if they've been like this for a while and its damaged my motor in any way Thanks
