  1. if its clicking quicker it means a bolb is blown or has a bad connection. it could be also your switch on the colum.
  2. ^^^ You can buy that wire with tracers, deff aftermarket no wiring in my 32 is that colour/tracer or with an inline fuse.
  3. Sounds like either: A: Bad signal from ecu to relay or B: Bad ground to relay A relay should only click once for on then once for off as previously stated. If its contiuious then it will be one of the above. From memorie the ground is on the other side of the boot latch to the fuel pump relay. I go past O/P on the way home i can drop in for you and have a look, also those relays are hard and expensive to get from nissan however i think i have a few spare at home. Cheers Ross
  4. What is the exact problem?? I may be able to tell you hw to fix it with more info. Is anything else affected as well or just the fuel system??
  5. i use CEVA to transport my cars. they have afuuly enclosed truck with a lift on it so high is no problem. Will cost a little more than a tow car with trailer but for piece of mind its good. http://www.cevacarcarrying.com.au/Services/Service.aspx#4 check the bottom of this link i think they have one of these trailers in Perth.
  6. The is the unit that controlls the voltage to the fuel pump in a gtst. Basicly it stops the pump from priming after a few seconds if the motor is not started once the ingnition is turned. Cheers Ross
  7. i think it is 'MoutainRunner' on here, he makes a single unit that can display many values and also will hook up to his own data logger. Found this thread with the data logger in the motorspor section (http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Datalogging-t239380.html) but i think i saw the one about the other unit in the forced induction section. From what i have read a very good and practical unit for the cost as well as local (ie:sau) support. I will be looking into both units when i get back east early next year for my car. Cheers Ross
  8. look for a little hook on the fan/air con box behind the glove box, tie it to that and your done.

  13. Im sorry but i have to disagree. It looks hard with out the photo's but once you have a look it will make sense.
  14. photo's are not working/missing for me.
  15. try graphite powder (dry powder usually used for locks and stuff) should do the trick.
  16. Have not got pics but its not too hard. -With the internal trim (if you have it ) removed you should have the back of the tail light area exposed. -In the corner against the guard is two (10mm i think) nuts with a bracket that the trim clips onto. Undo these on both sides. -looking were the boot latch is (on the inside oposite the 'skyline' logo of the bar) there is 4 bolts (again 10mm i think) 2 of which have a little plastic clip holding the wireing loom, remove said clip and undo bolts. That should be all on the inside (from memory, but have a look around incase i missed some) -Remove numberplate, remove then unplug revese and number plate lights and also the bolt that hold the number plate holder down (if its there) -looking under the car there should be a single bolt (again 10mm) on the left and right side were the end of the bar meets the guard, closest to the wheel, undo these. There is 4 bolts holding the tail light in from memeory (2 top, 2 bottom) have a look will be easy to tell and then just the glue stuff. That should be it from memory takes no longer than 10 mins or so. Cheers Ross
  17. Id have a look at someone elses to see if its the same amount of play or bring it round and ill check it for you. It sounds to me like the ball joint (oposite end to what you have circuled).
  18. Sound like you wired it to the illumination wire and not the brake wire. I dont know the colours off the top of my head but i would just trace a wire from the stop light globe. You sholudnt have two wires connected to the new light just one.
  19. I would check all those alarm wires first, there is a horn relay in the engine bay fuser box
  20. I agree but forgot to say that i would only get Pedders to check it and give me a list of need replacing then get someone who knows imports to do the work (if i can't) Ross
  21. Left=amp right=hicas comp.
  22. http://flatout.main.jp/driving/parts/bnr34mfd/ The above site is in Japanese so run it through a translater. its a guy in Japan with a gtt that has put in a mfd but as far as i can remember he did not have the sat nav to start with so i hope it helps. Failing that pm me with your email address as i have two PDF's with how to wire them as well as an operations manual. Cheers Ross
