  2. +1 for skid pan day!
  3. The old track just had its last event a few weekends ago. Love that old track for about a year i spent every sunday there. Was very upset i couldnt make it for the last event as i have not been on there for a while and most likely wont make it back with a car untill after they dig it up.
  4. :laughing-smiley-014: Good luck Mark you should not have a problem, with the quality of your work. Cheers Ross
  5. pauls twoogle , is one beautiful looking r32 too ! it's a credit to him. ross, yeah, the oil to water oil coolers are great, we are seeing much lower engine oil temps now! before we were seeing up to 130 degree's! cheers russ +1 for twoogle. Looking good on the DVD too Russ again well done. Also thanks for the info i think ill get one as it can get hot here in wa. +1 again. Laurence hope your trip home was good. Ross
  6. Basicly there is two parts to the triple guage holder. The outside part that you see (i dont have this but im sure you can find one easy) and the internal part that holds the guages. The internal part has been modded so that it will fit the larger guages and also doing it this way means that from the outside it looks no different. Basicly once installed you wont see the outer ring of the guage only the complete guage face. You are welcome to get it this weekend.
  7. ross, i thought i had a pic of the radiator , but i cant seem to find it, if i do i will post it up. cheers russ Cool thanks there is no rush i just want to see it and how it is set up before i go get one. What do you think of it? Is it any good? any other major advantages? Any info would be great thanks Cheers Ross
  8. check out prestige motor sport, based on the east cost but send australia wide. Usually cost an extra $300 to ship an entire car compared with the east cost. Just Jap also have and will send half cuts aus wide try them too.
  9. mate easy as give us a yell when you get the stuff and if i have time ill give you a hand. Also i had alook last night and i do have the internal part for the triple guage holder that has been modded to fit larger guages if you want it.
  10. The tv tuner wont work in aus with out a mod. Have a look in the car audio section i think you can make it work in aus (at least the dvd player should) You will have to mod the guage holder (internal part at least) to fit the defis as they will be a larger diameter than stock. I think i have the internal part at home that all ready is modded if you want it.
  11. Well done guys great shot. Russ is there any chance you have a photo of the radiator with oil cooler as PWR dont have any Thanks Ross
  12. Ha im an idiot i thought that said +20 not +12
  13. They should fit with just the guards rolled. My mate has GTC's on his 33 (mmmmm GTC's) about that size but i think his offset is a little less.
  14. sorry forgot to say wear the correct PPE (gloves etc)
  15. Yep 26kg of sound deadning nothing else dry ice was all gone by the time i weighed it. The thread that Duncun put up is were i got the idea, basiclly put it on leave it for as long as possible (after about 10 mins you will hear it cracking) got the paint scraper and just slid it under it. Came off in nice big chunks. The peice in the spare tyer well came out in 3 bits. The only problem was i ran out (12kg of dry ice in total) and had to do the sides of the tunnel the old fashon way. I will be weighing everything that i pull out and then do a final weight of the car (just for interest sake) as see how much weight i can loose. It might get to the point were ill replace all the wiring with teflon coated wiring for that little extra loss (helps when you have friends that get it free/cheap hehe)
  16. <<<<< April fool says I
  17. right so now im elevated from hoon to terrorist. If this is not an April Fools joke what a load of sh*t
  18. Finally got some photos of my car so i though i'd post them. Car will be used for track and possibly the odd tarmack rally (and maybe a little drift) Air con core being removed Dash removed mmmmmm Dry Ice - the easy way to get rid of that pesky sound deadner. After removing all the s/d i weighed it. about 26kg
  19. also check the ground wire to you col packs (under the cover up the back its the last bolt tat holds the 2nd 3 in) I had similar problems and all mine was a loose ground wire.
  20. I have just stripped my R32 and will be selling most of the interia soon, what parts are you after?
  21. No, end use, as in what are you doing with the car (drift, sprint etc)
  22. Autoworx have them or its easy to make your own as long as you can fiberglass.
  23. there is a few over east every now and then, should cost you less than custom
  24. FYI its so they can read your number plate. If you look at photo's people have taken when its dark of their car the number plate reflect too much light so it just looks white.
