ok iv got a window sorted, cost next to nothing from the wrecker...damn r33's, so many of them... thanks for the support guy's. ill post pics up tonight of the car when i get home from uni, prepare to be horrified.

i have no idea who would do this to me or my car, im not the kind of guy who go's looking for trouble and i dont realy piss people off. so i have no idea. i still think it was just random, people see a nice car and just wanna smash it for no reason

i have been told its to do with the a/f ratio getting stuffed up due to the aftermarket bov. if i get a pfc installed and tuned, as well as wind up the boost, will this fix the problem?

thanks for the comments guys. i'v taken pics of all the damage (there is ALOT), but i left my usb cord for the camera at my gf's place so will hopefully have pic's up tomorrow or the next day. just looking at my car now, i still cant believe this has happened.

ok, just spoke to just car, gonna cost way to much to go through them, just over $2000, just to fix the window, so im gonna find a window myself. also, they said it would destroy my no-claim bonus, cant have that now can we. as for the paint and tail light, nothing i can do just now. tail light is not smashed and still works, just looks like crap! a note to all: even when you are running late, ALWAYS put your stuff in the boot. you are already late, so a few more sec's will not hurt. i know, i have learned this the hard way.

thats the one mate. it was parked in the car park there, got lights all around and the grounds keeper walkes around the car park all night keeping an eye out. He thinks that who ever did it was watching him for a bit before they went for the car. Most prob jumped on the train across the road after. EDIT: spelling

just had a look at the car now in the day light.....car has been keyed in about 5 places, front bar has been stepped on and cracked, and looks like they took a baseball bat to the tail light area. ill post pics soon. i have let the hockey club know and they are putting up notices and looking around the area for my stuff. i just cant believe how much damage has been done.

thanks andrew, yeah i only have 3rd party +fire and theft, should cover this no? dont have any receipts as i cleaned out my wallet yesterday...long gone. you are right about people thinking that coz we drive nice cars we wipe our arses with $50 bills, just not like that. i worked my butt of for 2 years to buy my car + mods, my daddy didnt give it to me coz he loves me.

had alot of my girlfriends new clothes in there, so she is f*ckin pissed, and so am i after shelling out over $400 for them. also some uni stuff, books, notes, etc. which REALY sux they didnt take anything else i had in there, radar detector, cd player, cd file, etc. so im thinking bloody kids on school holidays jacked up on cough med's and red bull. now i need to have the car off the road whilst i try getting the window fixed, more money i dont have. i am so pisssed.

Tonight after hockey training in shenton park i return to my car to find the passenger side quarter window smashed in. i then find my back pack has been nicked and a big key mark along my front quarter panel. i mean, what kind of low life scum go's around smashing into peoples cars that they have worked so hard to buy. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! im so pissed knowing some low life has been through my stuff. sorry, just needed to rant! EDIT: pics added

hey guys, i know you get sic of BOV Q & A but i did a search and was still unsure. i was running a GFB Stealth fx BOV on my r33 gtst and all was good, made the usual "woosh" noise. i have just have a FMIC installed and not i get mass flutter (which i dont like). it happens all the time, even when i tighten/loosen the spring all the way. i would like some advice as to how i get the original sound back. please help. i was told i needed to buy a bracket that bolts to the rails fixed onto the seat. the bracket then bolts into the floor of the car as the stock seat did. will post pics later today/ tomorrow

Hey all, just so you know, i have spent the last 2 1/2 hours searching the forums and making phone calls, all with no luck. So the story is i bought a pair of Recaro style seats with built in universal rails. I now need a bracket to mount them into my S1 r33. The only place i have found that can help is J-Shop at around $600 for custom work. Anyone know where i can find the bracket/mounts? +1 even if WA got higher octane fuel, there would be such a low demand for it, it would be taken off the market just as quick as it arrived. That, plus the fact you would be paying through the roof for a tank, would see the already small market dry up very quickly ps: lol @ Tomei_32 sig....hahaha
