  4. Agree, if he in fact said this V35 was not allowed 19" he is a cockfag. (I like calling people names this morning )
  5. I don't think you're allowing cops any credit. All the cops I've come across have been great guys and I get tired of people whinging and slagging them off on forums. You mod your car illegally/you break the law, you get done. Don't come on here and bitch about it. And I wasn't saying anything about the cop being right/wrong about Paul's V35. It appears that people are reading this and thinking that they are banning 19"+ rims from all vehicles. This, obviously, is not the case.
  6. Maybe he knows stock Skyline rim sizes and how much bigger you were allowed to go. If you are reading this and thought that the cop meant 19" rims and up for any vehicle are now being banned.. you are a f**king idiot.
  7. And needles!
  8. Woah that is unlucky!
  9. Do you have a stock recirculation BOV or aftermarket atmospheric BOV?
  10. Well they calculate the cost of parts. The have experience and know how much labour/tuning it will take. And there you go - a quote
  11. Well you took the HICAS out, the light is on because it's detecting a problem. Technically there is no problem with the HICAS because, there is no HICAS there any more. So the light will always be on until the globe blows or you take the globe out or put the HICAS back in The 4WD light I'm not sure about, maybe it has a problem because HICAS has a problem? Try searching in the maintenance sections of the forum. I wouldn't have a clue.
  12. Take the bulb out. Lock bar = no HICAS, so you don't need a light
  13. pics or stfu
  14. Buy a Falcon brah
  15. Yo Syphon I'm really happy for you, and imma let you finish... but the skyline is the best vehicle of all time! OF ALL TIME!
  16. Almost blown away by a Harley............. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I raced a Harley the other day, and after some really hard riding I finally managed to pass the guy. I was riding on one of those really, really, twisting sections of Mountain road with no straight sections to speak of and where most of the curves have warning signs that say '30km/h' . I knew if I was going to pass one of those monsters with those big-cubic-inch motors, it would have to be a place like this where handling and rider skill are more important than horsepower alone. I saw the guy up ahead as I exited one of the turns and knew I could catch him, but it wouldn't be easy. I concentrated on my braking and cornering. Three corners later, I was on his tail. Catching him was one thing; passing him would prove to be another. Two corners later, I pulled up next to him as we sailed down the mountain. I think he was shocked to see me next to him, as I nearly got by him before he could recover. Next corner, same thing. I'd manage to pull up next to him as we started to enter the corners but when we came out he'd get on the throttle and outpower me. His horsepower was almost too much to overcome, but this only made me more determined than ever. My only hope was to outbrake him. I held off squeezing the lever until the last instant. I kept my nerve while he lost his. In an instant, I was by him. Corner after corner, I could hear the roar of his engine as he struggled to keep up. Three more miles to go before the road straightens out and he would pass me for good. But now I was in the lead, and he would no longer hold me back. I stretched out my lead and by the time we reached the bottom of the mountain, he was more than a full corner behind. I could no longer see him in my rear-view mirror. Once the road did straighten out, it seemed like it took miles before he passed me, but it was probably just a few hundred metres. I was no match for that kind of horsepower, but it was done. In the tightest section of road, where bravery and skill count for more than horsepower and deep pockets, I had passed him. Though it was not easy, I had won the race to the bottom of the mountain. I will always remember that moment. I don't think I've ever pedalled so hard in my life. And some of the credit must go to Raleigh, as well. They really make a great bicycle.
  17. No kidding!?
  18. Ring a workshop and ask They should have more of an idea, than most people on here (sick rhymes eh?)
  19. Think I saw a Blitz Spec-R for $350ish in the for sale section.. EDIT: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Bl...ol-t287994.html I've got that one Dual solenoid apparently holds boost better and I have no need for a boost gauge (never liked that rice shit) as it displays your boost/vacuum readings. Sitting on top of my steering column.
