exactly what i was goin to say..my car had a short shifter in it when i bought it but i didnt like it so i bought a gtr shifter to replace it..when i went to take out the short shifter i found the previous owner had put a tea towel around it to stop oil spiting out which stoped the smell getting to the cabin and the short shifter had no seal..so i had to buy a seal from nissan when i put the gtr shifter in and i removed the tea towel..i had an oily smell in my cabin for round 2 weeks but its gone now

The place you have found this GT are known for bumping the price up a bit. I was quoted $16000 for an R32..no thanks. I would suggest you find a private sale and spend around 150 bucks getting a mech to do a full check on the car (compression test, leakdown test check everythin really)you can pick up a good R34 GT for roun $18000

for 33s and 34s u need to take the fuse out AND drop the front driveshafts.. 32s you only need to pull the fuse out.

IMOi think the 02 rex is ugly and i read some where that they have the most turbo lag out of the WRXs. My choice would be the GTT as i love the look and the engine is awsome..i guess if you could find an R34 GT4 with a Stagea RB25DET NEO awd put in that would help in filling in the shoes of the gtr as you would have a very similiaawd system

The GTS4 Gear box has a higher gear ratio i think giving it more acceleration..and yes it is not as strong as a gtr
