    Thank you for contacting us. APX-414-AN012 is only available as a special order. In order to special order this part, we would require full payment in advance.   4. cheers guys i had a play with it for about an hour tonight and seems much better but still spiking

    i got the start boost set on 10psi and the gain set at 60

    its going straight to 11-12psi and holding great

    but when i take it to 7000 and kick it into 2nd and jump back on the power it still spiking to 13.5-14psi

    i got my warning set at 14psi and it hasn’t been going off

    will play with the gain abit more tomorrow night to try to get it sweet

    but if you have any advice on tuning it please tell!

    ps. iridium plugs at 1.1mm seem fine as long as you have splitfire coils

  5. yer i have played with the gain and start boost but haven’t found a good combo

    i had a turbosmart boost T before was spiking too!

    the car has front mount intercooler

    3" dump hiflow cat with 3.5" cat back

    iridium plugs and splitfire coilpacks

    i want to run about 12-13psi standard turbo but need to stop the spiking

    anyone tuned one of these before

    any suggestions?

  6. hey i have a BCU+ boost controler on my r33

    it holds boost fine at 7psi (low) and even at 11psi (high)

    if i jump on the power in low revs it spools and holds 11psi fine but when i do a quick change or punch in above 4000 it spikes like crap to about 14-15psi

    is this a tuneing issue or is it just shit?

    the only reasion i have it was i got it really cheap

    please help!

  7. i knew mine blue flames when changing gear but i went on the performance car cruse on Friday night and some of the guys (Ivan and friends) said it was blowing a 2 Foot flame continuously when i opened it up.

    3.5"exhaust

    11Psi

    120mm THICK! drag front mount

    spitfire coilpacks

    iridum plugs

    = big ass flames when hammering and very hot rear bumper!

    might have something to do with the 10-1 a/f ratio. lol

  8. hi my r33 gts-t makes a werling noise when not in gear at idle i understand that this is the throw out bearing.

    but when cold i put my clutch in and there is a horrible squeal/grinding noise and it is getting worse quickly. i have been told that this it the bearing on the main shaft of the gearbox.

    i am looking to drop out the gear box and replace both bearings.

    does anyone have any tips, thoughts, or possible prices for something like this.

    also while i have the box out is there any possible upgrades i should do.

    not looking to do a clutch because one in it now it is hard and only meant to be about 1.5 to 2 years old.

  9. HI lately my r33 gts-t has been hard to start cold.

    i turn the key it cranks kicks a few times and then dies.

    to get it to start i have to crank it and give it heavy throttle and i can hear a lot of poping in the exahust as it jumps up and down from 200RPM to 600RPM for 2 or 3 seconds and finally the reves come up and it idels and drives fine.

    please help!

  10. hey guys my gear box is making weird sounds when cold. i start her up and put it into reverse to reverse out of my drive and the gear box winds like crazy!, i can feel the vibrations coming up through the gearstick WTF!

    i sounds like the gears are grinding but i can’t be because it is all the way in and the car powers up the driveway no prob but it sounds like im killing her! it does it going in to first some times and when changing in to second just while change stops when fool off the clutch.

    all of this happens when cold and seems to stop after been driving for a while.

    my dad and i think that my thrust bearing is F#%*ed maybe one of the balls has been crushed or some shit!

    also ill be sitting at the lights put my foot on the clutch and and go for first and it grinds. the gearbox seems the keep spinning for about 2 seconds after the clutch is depressed. is this normal?

    so my question is do you have to angle the motor to get the gearbox out or can you just drop it strait out without moving the motor at all. and yes i searched!

    also if you have any suggestions of what the problem is please share them.

  11. WTF my R33 s2 was the same, it wouldn’t idle and would miss and splutter at 10PSi

    I got some Spitfire Coil packs and some iridium sparkplugs @ 1.1mm and have never looked back.

    Low end response was improved and now loves to rev to 7000rmp all day

    even at 1 bar stock turbo not a prob (not run 1 bar on street cos stress the stock turbo too much)

  12. nar i prob didn’t explain it very well i plan on keeping the back seats and have a 12"sub on each side facing the centre of the seat so they are just in the plastic side panels of the car on each side of the back seat where you currently just have fabric covering the plastic

    just a quick drawing in paint, gives you the idea!

    it would take a fair bit of costom work but what you think?

  13. Hey guys I’m sitting at home with nothing to do and my mind has started to wonder.

    I thought it would be cool to mount a 12" sub on each side of the rear seat just under the rear side windows.

    Has this ever been done before?

    Correct me if I’m wrong but I was thinking

    1. It would look really cool! :)

    2. You wouldn’t get boot rattle because they not in the boot!

    3. The bass does not have to work its way from the boot into the car so would seem louder, with better response!

    4. And you would still have a full size boot with jack tire, etc.

    Please tell me your thoughts and any experiences you might have had with this.

  14. my car was in a crash and nowi need the following parts for a R33 s2

    right side headlight

    right side fender or vented pair

    radiator and headlight support

    R400 or Trial front bar/bumper

    front grill

    frount mount intercooler 600,300,70-100

    bonnet lach and hings

    bonnet standard or vented carbonfiber

    radiator new or near new

    thermo fan to with auto cut in and out replace the standard clutch fan.
