could also possibly be a faulty manual boost controller, or actualtor. but try what paul has suggested first..

im having an interesting situation, i dropped the cltuch a while back and peddle got stuck coming out, then could smell the organic face of the clutch burning. Now it feels slightly hard to get into second sometimes. clutch is not slipping, however peddle distance is different. I'm guessing it related to syncho's? Ideas? sorry to hi-jack thread. hame!

yeah deffinatly peddle box related..they are old cars this will happen to people now. should not be your clutch! if the peddle if off balace it has to related to the peddle box. gl mate

totally normal worked on several skylines, ones that need checking the most (if looking from front of car) the right hand side at the back (behind the turbo) as heat gets expelled here most shinking the gasket more, allowing for room and therefore bolts need tightening.. just my 2 cents..

cant answer any of the questions as mentioned above..but if ur after a clutch jim berry is the man to go too. had a long chat with him today about possibilities for my gts-t. I thought my clutch was stuffed however he thought that it may be alright after feeling it. i had a problem where i went up a hill hit 2nd and clutch peddel got stuck half way out. i could smell the burning of something..i thought the organic face.. Anyhow now it seems that i have a little clunk going into 2nd..wat can it be? Hame
