  1. Okay and here are some of the pics for the current stage of build. -- Original plenum is removed, whilst i wait for the polisher to call me and tell me he has finished polishing my new intake! Once this is done i will be putting on the polished greddy style intake painting a few items and doing up the engine bay a little (that thread of engine bays is really inspiring) Cheers Guys Hame. p.s my cam shaft has 'DE' written on it can some one fill me in?
  2. Ahh thanks Eug man! now i can add more of the build process i have gone through! From the last post there the car has recieved a fair bit of new gear inside and out including: Interior - Nismo pedals - Nismo Gear knob - Nismo seat cover - Apexi auto timer with HKS harness - Racetech mechanical boost gauge with speco cup Engine - KKR480 turb0 ( tute can be seen here - http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/To...58#entry4067458 ) - Nismo front pipe - Intake cooler piping made up from stock r32 items The engine will also be getting a big tidy up and i'll be putting on a greddy plenumn and getting a power fc (when i can find one!) I'll post up some more pics and information when i can. Right now car is in my garage with the original intake manifold off whilst i clean her up a little!

  5. would also really like to know as i upgrading bits and peices atm and injectors are on the list so looking for cheap alternative i heard they were 450cc

  9. i have a 2.5hp compressor and all the equipment etc to spray just it hard living in an apartment with SLUG also where is a good place to buy good quality paint?

  11. look to be a factory boost sensor probably related either to the boost gauge in the dash or the factory boost solenoid.

  13. buy ur self a one-way value, one man bleeder around $15 bucks..follow instructions on back. easy. make sure u check resiviour and start from furtherest wheel away from brake master cyclinder n work your way towards it.. Hame

  17. yeah wasn't sure they made a neorb20..anyhow to turbo an n/a engine, it is all in the naturally aspirated section (n/a) or search for my thread under green n/a r33, cheers hame
  18. block of the big thick black line which is the plumb back line, and the little black line is a vaccum line which you will re-use on the hks bov. h
  19. lol hell yeah! i had that problem the other night with the hose clamp but thank-god it was ony due to a faulty clamp that wasn't tightening..hehe good on ya:P
  20. the water lines only should be smaller both feed and drain, the oil feed & drain should be the same across models. Hame
  21. HA! this explains it! i used nissan fast and realised this just now! anyhow mine is all good and in working order!
  22. funny you post this as i have had the same problem recently...i have a rb20 in my s13, installed a rb25 turbo, run fine, till i blew it (due to stupid reasons dw), so i looked at putting an rb20 turbo on as they cheap as chips n i only want it for a run around now. I had one from a makes car..fitting it up fine then realised it had a faulty exhuast wheel, btw this turbo came of a 93 modle r32gts-t. So i bought one the other night from a forum, was a rb20 turbo, so i went to install this and realised the water feed and return lines are different! there are slightly smaller. So i rang nissan today they said possibly it was an older model one? $75.00 each of the lines (feed/return) so i opted out there. went to a mobile auto hose guy he provided me the right side banjo bolts and fittings which i used to fit up cutting the original hosing and inserted rubber and clamped. she all good now!! Hame p.s sorry for the book of a post.

  25. lol have 2 turbos gone, one with same problem rb20 turbo (no exhuast wheel) one rb25turbo blown compressor wheel (my fault)... EDIT: hey why we on the talk about blown turbo's would i be able to pull both the turbo's apart, put the rb20 turbo conpressor onto the rb20 exhaust housing?
