  2. excellent job is i keep my r32 i will do this to it aswell, however with my r32 mine came with no material at all!! Hame
  3. should not be anything to do with the pod filter modification, even if the afm is played with i dont think it triggers a beeping sound..i'd say it is electrical...try identify wat region it is coming from, maybe take it to someone e.g a mechanic and take him/her for a drive..
  4. wow i have now learnt alot about the capabilities of the 28/35 as this is the way i first originally wanted to go now i am heading down the path of the kkr480. cheers guys, H!
  5. what a wikid suprise..makes me wanna look!
  6. good to see such results as i am about to aquire a kkr80 turbo with the same modifications you have there, i havnt fitted the turbo before is it hard on a r33 gtst? also will be fitting the greddy style plenum. h
  7. swap for 2 x gtst's? pm me
  8. will swap for other parts i have available...?
  9. R32 Front Bar sold and the J pipe with stock B.O.V also sold! cheers guys.
  10. well thinking it over again, if the EBC and boost gauge is reading 17psi means the turbo is boosting, so boost is there so no it shouldn't be the turbo..it an interesting problem you hav there.
  11. yeah it should theoretically..also depending on the BOV used but generally yeah more boost it should be louder?! hope the turbo is ok..
  12. aparently the turbo i am after is set at 15psi, i dont have any other modifications apart from what u listed above, so still have stock fuel set-up etc think mine will boost late? also have stock ECU...but what u 2 just posted..they are some serious numbers. hame
  13. anyone else have any imput..before i go ahead?
  14. Sounds like an 'interesting' but smart way to go about it, i am still smoothing and working on mine till i think it is fit to go on the car. i'm sanding it back and polishing it up, i will have a pipe welded in for the ACC valve and the bov mounted under the wheel arch, then i will thread a nipple for the boost controller, unless i get a kkr480 which dosen't exactly need a boost controller. cheers, hame.
  15. i want an alloy one made up but havnt had it done as yet...
  16. yeaha my power window motor seems to be gone i can hear the relay but the motor was maing a loud eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sound, but that has now stopped i guessing it burnt out...hmph
  17. should be looking around 180-250 for an rb25 turbo depending on the condition etc..
  18. have a standard rb20 turbo here with dump, no shaft play at all comes iwth oil line and all gaskets...pm me man i can even install it for u
  19. keen on power window motor etc...n others...pm me
  20. nangkang tyre sold, r32 AFM plug, r32 stock airbox sold.
  21. agreed with the above and it wont get you in any trouble with the law! doesn't really matter on the type of application e.g drifitn/drag etc, if you want a strong reliable bov that has both plumb back or vent to atmosphere, go something like the GBS stealth FX. H
  22. i need some more feedback on this turbo guys
  23. interesting, i ran it on a r20det in a s13 and i agree boost felt strange, however that may be because it racing actulator in it (1-2bar)...can i get smaller?
  24. guys i have read the entire thread and i still don't know is this a good turbo or a bad turbo? my mods so far: FMIC 600x300x75 Cat back 3" exaust HKS BOV Apexi Pod But if i get the kkr480 i'll have a otomoto dump and Nismo front pipe to join up. Everything else is standard atm including ECU, the kkr480 has the race actulator spring (=1-2bar) idea's? Hame
  25. thank u for that, but how exactly do you tap in a nipple to the alloy cooler piping??
