+ 1 but it still dosent give anyone the right to be stupid on the street and put their lives, plus any passengers plus all the other road users out there at risk. its not acceptable at all in my opinion.......thats where they (governement) need to get their heads out their arses and get places like AIR and LaLa updated so there can be weekly/fortnightly/monthly (or whatever) meets where people (especially the kids) can just go let off steam on the track and have all the appropriate people (eg. ambulance etc) there in case something goes wrong........its a lot safer than being a dick head on the street.
