no offence taken at all! in fact i totally agree with you, the new rims really fill out the guards more and do look 100% better than the Koya rims im glad i got them!!!!!!!!! this weekend is Adelaide Autosalon so ill let you know how i go hopefully sunday night or monday! fingers crossed of course that we come out with something....lol.....just done a boot install so will post pics up of that later (after autosalon)

well $300 will get u a cannon of u r lucky and thats not including getting it installed........... i would honestly save your pennies and buy and decent one.......mine cost me $900 for a Trust 3" Stainless Steel Catback Exhaust. I would defintly say it was worth buying it and i wouldnt change my mind, and i know its gonna last for a long time oh yeah and with my 3" i dont have the mandatory naturally aspirated fart sound either.

any engine will knock, whether it is PFC or stock ECU........ i would worry too much about it, a friend's R34 did that as well and he never mention anything about being worried about it, but if in doubt get it checked out by your mechanic/dyno dude

when my car was losing a coilpack - it would lose a cylinder and then gain it back - everytime it lost a cylinder the engine light came on, and when it gained the cylinder back the engine light would go off (weird huh!!) anyways i dont think it is a waste of money to go and buy some Splitfires - i gained 7 kW@ and in the end the stock coilpacks are gonna die anyway - mainly due to heat and age....in my opinion if i knew that when my first coilpack went i would have gone and replaced them then, instead of going and spending $200 on each coilpack i had to replace (which ended up being three of the buggers) best thing is to do also is to get it on a dyno and that will tell u if ur o2 sensor has died.

errr.....when my coilpacks went...one at a time....three times before i ended up getting splitfires.........the engine light came on.......just be careful of "ghost"error coeds when plugging in the ecu to a laptop....sometimes the real problem dosent come up and something else will.... e.g mine came up with crank angle sensor malfunction lots of times when it was a colilpack!

spotted 2 legnum's yesterday, one on salisbury hwy and one down at west lakes. also on saturday arvo spotted a white r34 front with r32 rear end

its in the first couple of weeks in november cause last year i had SCS then excatly two weeks later i had Berri Autofest

yes you will need an ECU upgrade.....unless someone has already said that didnt see anything along those lines tho but i could be mistaken. thats the one thing im glad i did last year....i got a Apexi Power FC.......this will now allow me to do so much to the car and know that anything i want to in the future i am already set up with the ecu. but when i was talking to my mechanic/dyno guy he did say that a aftermarket ecu would be needed. i cant wait till i get my cams prob wont be this year tho but will be hopefully next year ive gone and spend my tax return on some very lovely Isotta Indiana Seats i am happy with them lol

just wanna know did anyone go on this cruise? i went to the meet point and all there was, was gemini's, commodores, 300 zx's and a few imports im glad i didnt go cause when they were leaving most commodores were reeving their cars hard and doing skids/burnouts on the street. very full sik. not cant say ill actually ever go on one of these cruises if one comes up again.

spotted "KING33"a really really nice looking white r33 gtr followed soon after by a maroon r33 on main nth rd also a black r34 with gtr rims at para hills shopping centre, got a flash of the lights.......i waved back hope you saw it! anyone on here?

i was over it last year craig, when my car was continually put down by a few people on sau for being a non turbo

who cares about the Autosalon standard? in the end a majority of those cars are made for the judges, not for/by the people who own the cars. also in the end you do up your car they way you want it to be.........not what everyone else wants it to be (hence why my 34 is the way she is) so if ur proud of ur car then by all means go and show it off at autosalon and be proud of what you have achieved........winning a trophy isnt everything........

this is the reason why i dont want to do any more SAU displays. cause of this nonsense. there is still time to enter but rather then really really trying to encourage people to enter, the organisers are more or less throwing their hands up in the air and going "stuff it" there wont be an sau display instead of working through it and trying to find someone else. too much unorganisation in my eyes. my 2 cents
