Emily was using my camera and i have not got a tripod for it yet will get one eventually tho! i have white parkers in but they look blue for some odd reason. i do have proper blue parkers tho!!!!

it hasnt been detonating since the new O2 sensor was put in ive heard my car ping before, but that was just a matter of getting the timing put back to fix it ive got her booked in for sat morning so ill just drive her nicely until then.

hey guys ive spoken to my tuner and i have also come up with some ideas on why the sparkies have melted. my tuner has said that she could be running to lean on the top end, which means if i have to much open throttle i could do damage to the engine. im gonna try and book her in this week. im really worried about it cause i dont want to have damaged the pistons let alone blow my engine its a sickening thought that there could be damage already done because i dont know how long the spark plugs have been like that. the ideas ive come up with why they have melted is the nos (plugs just couldnt handle it), extreme detonation (which was happening), the mixtures isnt right at the moment, blockage somewhere, i changed the o2 sensor so im thinking that might be a reason too, i havent really done much to the engine of recent other than the rocker cover gaskets and the o2 sensor. before that the power fc, gtt injectors and nos was put in there is so many possibilities on why this could have happened. im not pointing the finger at my tuner for doing a crap job cause i know he knows what he is doing. and Cubes its a wet system. mind you guys her last tune was in december (maybe over due big time)

i changed my spark plugs last night. wow that was some serious fun! haha no seriously it was!! anyway on saturday night i had a feeling to check my 1 cylinder plug dont know why just did. and im glad i did the electrode was melted away! so yesterday i changed them (im so proud of myself lol) to discover that not only cylinder one was like that but also cylinder three. so im guessing that just means that those two cylinders are creating more heat than the others cause they were melted at all. my god its made a difference though she is heaps smoother now and this morning was the true test. normally when the cold choke is on and you accelerate, it feels like something is holding the car back from getting speed, but then it will allow the car to speed up (its weird) but this morning it didnt happen! i originally brought it down to the Power FC cause the spark plugs that were in there had only been put in just before Extreme Horsepower last year, so i didnt even think that it could have been the sparkies at all. i know its probably not the best pic, but the sparkies on the left was taken out of cylinder three and the one on the right from cylinder five. just to show the difference.

looks like we will be painting the front bar ourselves we have managed to get hold of a paint that is pretty much exact same colour to the car (which is good) so hopefully the front bar will be back on earlier than what i was hoping for, which is good fo course

im almost tempted to leave the stock bar on for all daily driving and put the Impul bar on just for shows! but eh i probably wont lol

i have a white r34 depends on whether you are happy to have a car with graphics or not. but im willing to offer her availablity for your special day......she is gonna be my wedding car for my wedding next year

yeah we were a bit worried about that cause when we were putting the stock bar back on, the passengers side isnt fitting right, but we have just assumed that its because the front bar has flared out a little since being in storage and that there is nothing wrong with the front guard (there are no scratches anything like that on there) but yes it would have defintly cost more if i had hit the front guard....even thought we are doing the fibreglassing repairs our selves, the cost of getting the front bar resprayed is about 300 alone. but i guess thats better than 600-700 that it could be if a panel beater did all the repairs..... i just think at least we will try and fix all the little stress fractures in the front bar and make it look like new again

spotted a nice silver r34 4 door up at ttp tonight the dude driving kept looking at me..........anyone on here?

ive never hit anything since i got the car (other than the scraping underneath the front bar) ive had people hit me (twice) so i definetly feel a bit silly that its been over a year and a half and only now it happens lol oh wells we took the front bar off last night, came off easier than what i thought it would which is good and put the stock one back one looks a little weird right now but gonna have to get used to it cause its gona stay like that for the next couple of months so we can work on the front bar and fix a heap of things on it (and strengthen a few spots on it)

ohhh but she wont look her normal beautiful self without the Impul front bar on!!!!!! gonna look a bit weird fully kitted car with stock front bar on lol

yeah trying to get a big enough angle so i wouldnt scrape the front end as i was backing out.......started to turn to early and smacked into the fence post

i can drive straight tim.....i just totally misjudged the stupid post and yeah i cried........a little.....stupid fence post oh well got a fibreglass fixing kit tonight and taking the bar off and putting the stockie bar back on.....she is gonna look really weird for awhile lol may still bring her out friday night not 100% sure yet,
