well it just seems like you are making it a big deal that i am chooing to want to supercharge my skyline, and it seems like you dont like the fact that i am "stepping out of the square" and doing something different. and if i want to go wank facter then i will.

what it does it matter to you honestly? my car. ill do what i want. you have choosen to go with turbo. i am choosing to go supercharged. deal with it. in the end its my car my money, and i will choose to do what i want with my car and spend my money how i wish, in your eyes it may seem like a waste, but for others, its not.

im getting the supercharger thru CAPA and have been talking to the same person since day 1. he says the vortech ones are progreesive thru out the rev range. i am seeing my engineers 2moro so i will b finding out more of the nitty gritty bits of what is happening to the engine! not sure of the time frame, ill be getting parts bit by bit and getting it all togther that way, and starting up an account with the engineers so i can start putting money away for the engine build.

it was decided by myself long ago that the car would not stay my daily.....i have a rolla for a daily now anyway lol! My engineers that are building my engine have done their research and are building my engine to the supercharger im getting - everything has been taken into consideration. they are a business that deals with race engines a fair bit so i know they know what they are doing. the boost for this supercharger comes on progressively, unlike a turbo which comes on aggressively.

was thinking if it isnt much difference just to get a bit bigger spacer maybe? i know the front is +35 and the rear is +45 offest

lol u know what i mean lol ive just had enough of everyone telling me what i should and shouldnt do.....bit over it too mbe honest thats why i wrote what i did......ive got my main 3 people that will be the working on the car that i always speak too........and they are the ones i listen too.

McGuyver is pretty cool i rekon. yeah but im going all out with my build. the whole engine is being re done to suit my supercharger.

everyne has there own opinion yes iknow that turboing is easier and cheaper, but im not one to follow the flock of sheep down that path..........

and? ur point is? its my money and my car. i shall do what i want and how i want and i dont care what you think about it. like with most things i do, everyone has a negatitive opinion on it. and i dont think u actually read my post correctly either as i was mainly applying what u quoted to the fact what is the point of having a supercharger if your not going to use it properly? and just so you know, i will be making big power. dont assume that i wont.

yeah depends on the time of blower tho aswell on whether they can be run off a clutch, but i honestly wouldnt see the point of supercharging to have it "running" all the time i am hell bent on blowing my car. i have everything sorted for it. i have my "team" you could say aswell. i cant wait. but im not going for something that i gonna make me spin my wheels easier. my setup is gonna be done properly from the word go.

if u want ur wheels to spin easier then get a turbo. to be honest you sound like a cowboy. sorry but its true. there is more to a supercharger than just upgrading your diff mate. that is if you want your engine to actually last. and no you just cant take off the belt. it doesent work that way,

i think you really need to do your research and consider everything you have to do. and i mean do your research. speak to engineers. a rebuild will have to be done.
