  1. if you replace the springs, replace the shocks as well, you can get a decent setup with shocks and springs that can actually perform surprisingly well, but coilovers are the best way to go Not Everybody wants the stiff ride that coilovers offer
  2. Sigem

    Ahg March 1 2009

    ill take the last spot
  3. hahaha, hoping in this one they have someone pop the hood on a GT-R, and say "Rb26, No Shit!!", these movies are always good for a laugh, so ill probably go take a look
  4. how much you after for, calipers, rotors, pads and hubs front and rear, delivered to 6076?
  5. i did have a really bad rattle myself, found out it was some kinda shielding that was on the exhaust itself, just under the passenger footwell, it was held together with wire, and crap, stupid previous owner..... removed it and the horrible rattle went away, note that i still have the old RB rumble, resonation, whatever you want to call it
  6. ahh gay, move to WA, no restrictions...yet, you can have 1500HP on P plates if you want
  7. what about an rb25det conversion out of a stagea? pretty sure that in stock form those are under 200kw also is it 200kw at the wheels or at the flywheel?, or more realistically you can wait until your off your Ps and go crazy !! RB26 N1 from japan and shiz !
  8. also the 4wd n/a's are worth a bit more since they have the uber cool strong gtr drivetrain and shiz !
  9. that uras kit looks really nice on the 4 door, and veilside does suck, way too over the top, and yeah when i comes to coilpacks spitfire are usually the go once they fail, and pretty easy to install em yourself if you want to save some cash
  10. i may be wrong, but on a stock intake pipe, i believe there is a box on the side of the pipe that goes through the section where that elbow is, from my observation it looks like a resonator similar to the ones ive seen on wrx's, i know that on the wrx, when removed they allow better airflow and you can hear your stock gate and bov much better , their main purpose on a wrx, was to basically do something (i dont know what) to the airflow to make the car quieter, at the expense of hp, and i think it is the same setup on the intake pipe of my n/a skyline
  11. hey guys, im basically looking for a list of what needs/should be done for a 100,000km service on an rb25de, as im looking to do some of the easier parts myself, while leaving the difficult stuff (such as timing belt) to a mechanic, if it makes any difference the car its in is a r33 series 2 gts-4
  12. so is this practice run happening today?
  13. im in, and my last exam is on the 16th aswell
  14. i like to do abit of downshifting or braking in gear then clutching it as i come to a stop, rolling in neutral will fail you your driving test in WA. also when downshifting you dont need to heel toe, i take the foot off the brake for a split sec to rev-match and put it back.
