Mine never actually went back in time like Tony's DeLorean, but the more boost we crammed in the closer it got. Dont have any of the ~22 psi runs as we detuned it afterwards
a week or so later on a DD roller it left a perfectly flat graph
you can definitely feel it a tiny bit, but it's also massively amplified on the dyno as it's a pull from 2krpm in 4th which never really happens when driving
I'd be willing to bet there is a little boost spike there due to the EBC gain being ramped up as hard as possible to get it to come on sooner.
Although it spikes hard there Trent usually removes some timing at that point to counter it.
I'm guessing the drop is the gate cracking and losing a tiny bit of pressure for a second
my old car has had a similar graph however not as extreme, it's a lot more obvious due to the hub dyno, on a roller it's there but not really visible on the less accurate graph
Haven't even taken delivery.... just signed contract.. should have it in a week.
it's not exactly a 300rwkw R33... but it is far more convenient for driving kids around which now make up some 99.27% of my driving
try the golf 77tsi
1.2l of non intercooled, non rotary, turbocharged fury
foot on gas... wait for transmission to work so load is applied, then wait for turbo, then start moving. seriously a 2 second event
