heat makes metal expand, then when it cools it contracts a tiny bit and it breaks free. just dont do it with an industrial blow torch directly on the CAS to remove it without asking the customer then tell them they will probably need a new crank when they pick it up like a certain workshop did to a member here

it's a stagea motor... so 26 block, 5.5lt alloy sump, 70,000km and was on an auto before my car. Has rediculous compression and response = 18psi by 3200 with the 2835 well better than most stock 34 motors you might find

you should contact the guy that bought my car and see if the motor / turbo setup is available. he lives in bundaberg and has said that due to the floods he is not going to be buiilding a new car for the moment. I have no idea if the car went under or not but i could ask i spose i can give you the number if you want.
