remember in a buffet, it's not just the food/chefs that can make you sick, it's how long shit sits there, and the people that are eating at the buffet. some guy takes a dump and doesn't wash his hands, touches all the food and BAM. not to mention you have lazy waitstaff deciding when things need to be returned to the kitchen and sometimes topping things up. I 100% guarantee they will just put new shit on top of old, leaving rotten food there just waiting to attack someone.
