  1. nah al, job within NAB -
  2. I'm not leaving Jap cars yet... I just want to have 4 dr's for the baby and not have the NUMBER ONE defect magnet on the roads. the EVO will probably be an 8MR with an exhaust and tune (~230awkw) so if i do get EPA'd it doesn't matter
  3. i'm done too... it's EVO time as soon as the boat sells man i'm gonna miss going sailing though i'll probably put it up in a week when i know how my job interview goes
  4. that prompted me to look on the vicpol website.... under "our focus" the NUMBER 1 link is... "Traffic and Transit" - this sits above "community and family," "crime prevention," and "forensic services." within "Traffic and Transit" the links (in order once again) are: "Hoon Laws," "Road Safetly Task Force," "Safety Camera Program," and "State Government Road Safety St I am seriously disgusted at Victoria Police. They aren't even trying to hid it now. they are literally saying on their website that Traffic Infringements and Revenue Raising is their NUMBER ONE priority now... never mind people being murdered/raped guys.... as long as you can defect a "hoon" and raise $500 Pathetic
  5. i got mine through j imports... there is a set in autobarn chadstone that hasn't moved for like 3 years IMHO call chaz and tell him i told you to buy them tell him you have (insert amount you are prepared to pay) and see what he says. he wont want to let them go cheap cos he will have to make a loss, but end of the day they are not moving just check they are for a 33 first
  6. greddy type s - do it not at all, he's with shannons... hell I put a claim through for an acco between two cars that were both insured with shannons that had a love tap in the Sandown raceway carpark and they didn't even question us. honestly it wasn't from the trackday and it DID happen in the carpark, but I did expect them to at least pressure us a little bit. basically call was: hi shannons i are accident hi r33 how accident happen? i in sandown raceway carpark, someone back into me icic, where you want fix? i are micolour customer ok npbs, micolour are trusted repairer kthnkbye
  7. i did 10 minutes up mt buller rd in the rain with them... they can be found cheaper
  8. +1 birds... definately should
  9. pretty damn decent for free then!
  10. compound crossbow = accuracy and death
  11. the problem is that i'm old and after 10 years in hospitality i know pricing trends of products i buy hennessey XO has undergone 3 price rises in the past 3 years that have been more than susbstantial. in some markets this has seen the price for the end user increase by over 50% LVMH (louis vuitton moet hennessey) have bought out a lot of the competition in the market and are driving costs up. hennessey paradis has almost doubled in price in the last 5 years. hennessey XO is just the XO with the name... and has the price to reflect it's market standing, not the quality of the product - dont get me wrong.... it's a great drink... seriously great... but just overpriced these days. I blame hip hop if you want a reccomendation, - paul girard XO 25 yr is relatively easy to find and a better drop at a similar better price personally I prefer armagnac, grab a bottle of 1979 comte de lamaestre. tastes 100x better than henney XO and should set you back less coin and now you know why i have that avatar... not with that phone lol lol pwnt
  12. same price range - buy Chabot VSOP armagnac 10x better than Henney VSOP and drink it straight - fairy
  13. the O stands for Overpriced Cognac = good Bourbon = bad what kind of classy guy are you!?
  14. lankan / indian = completely different lankan food destroys indian aint nuttin wrong with drinkin scotch alone.....
  15. indian restaurant is indian restaurant.... eat there at your own peril /racist slur
  16. yeah, but they are just not enough tyre for the current price. when they hit the market they gained a huge popularity cos they were cheap and grip. however kuhmo saw this popularuity and raised the price a few times. now you can get a better tyre for the same or less. FWIW NT05's last me longer than the KU36's (admittedly I have only had 1 set of the Kuhmo's) the ones on the front of my car lasted a year of daily driving and 3 x deca's and were still going when i sold those rims (the rears lasted the same, but were basically full slicks by then)
  17. new rims arrived whaddup!
  18. don't waste your $$$ on KU36 they are pretty decent for what they are but kuhmo have increased their price in the last 12 months and you can get Nittio NT05's or Federal RSR for less. imho for a street car go with the Nitto's or if you can stretch the wallet grab some advan AD08's I usually run the NT05's all round and with my suspension setup they give me effortless traction in 2nd right up to about 310rwkw (e85 on 16psi) - beyond that i need to think about what i'm doing
  19. xd9's look best in 17x9.5+17 fr and 18x10+18r you can go either of those sizes all round, but if you want the 18's all round be prepared for a decent amount of wok to get the fronts to fit,
