  1. thanks for the offer, but i love the position they put me in. i'm roughly 6" the stag is only my weekend warrior so it doesn't get driven very much, and normally only by me anyway
  2. you sit a hell of a lot lower, that's for sure. i couldn't give you an exact measurement but definitely changes the driving perspective of the car i've got aftermarket (garage impul) seats in my car which are kind of a cross between r33/r34gtr seats and my partner has to sit on a cushion to be able to see over the dash (she is just over 5" tall though)
  3. lol, there is a lot of work involved in making a mold.. will cost you far less to buy from someone who already has them
  4. yeah it looked a bit goofy with the lip and the dolphin wing.. come round and try the lip on yours some time and you'll see what i mean i've got rail replacement covers. it's a freeway-dolphin kit http://www.freeway-dolphin.co.jp/
  5. most have probably seen, i managed to get my hands on an under window lip that i've been on the hunt for for 18months or more and test fit it with my dolphin wing. unfortunately the proportions didn't look right in my eyes so i purchased another smaller after market wing only to find the exact wing i was after a week later (albeit slightly damaged lol) new look VVVVV so, i have my dolphin wing up for sale, perfect fit and painted in athlete silver KV2 (yes, we painted it the wrong colour for my car *sigh*) - not sure how close that is to the standard silver? $350 and then there is this wing, of which i have no idea what brand/make it is but is painted factory white $300 sorry pics aren't the best - they are just what i had uploaded in my photobucket at the moment. as always, more available on request located in adelaide and prefer local sale
  6. looks alright besides the sag in the middle?
  7. that's the whole car price currently
  8. are you sure it's from a stagea? a few models came out with dayz options
  9. would have to be a sunday for me to be there
  10. cheers, i have thought about ganadors but i picked up some LED turn signal mirrors for it instead, just need to get around to painting them... with everything else lol
  11. test fit new wing and under window lip thing
  12. nah it's so he can get rego on his new car i'll be in touch soon kenny
  13. typo or legit? if legit that is a retarded tyre size/profile combo
  14. yeah not too bad, no dramas getting out and only a little bit of rubbing from the front bar getting in surprisingly. the wheel aligners was another story.. had to have a couple of blokes push me up their driveway cos i got beached sea-sawing
  15. yeah definitely sucks, but as others have said you lucked out with it not going through the windscreen etc :S
  16. come again? if they were +30 and he added a 5mm spacer, that would mean that they are now sitting effectively at +25 or if they are +35 with a 5mm spacer then they would be effective +30 etc finally got around to aligning mine, and very happy - exactly what i wanted (well maybe closer to 3 deg neg on front but 2 is fine) 18x9.5+2 18x9.5+1 front -2 deg camber rears -.5 deg camber
  17. lol he said LMGT4
  18. spot on taste is subjective
  19. yep no dramas mate. i'll be in touch if you have a pair of s14 fronts then you're apples (if they are tall enough). the rwd stags use the same rear struts as the rs4's sa just nab a pair of them to save hassles
  20. kenny you 'should' be able to run s14/s15 struts in your rwd stagea. they'll mount up fine but i'm not 100% sure if the lengths will be correct, or about the valving being out in the stag that weighs more
  21. don't do this if you are buying work rims. each manufacturer has different 'codes' for disk types ie your volks are A-disk (maximum caliper clearance) and clear your brembos, but if you bought an A-disk wheel from work wheels you would get standard caliper clearance in their range and they would not clear the front brembos - you would need R-disk which is their term for caliper clearance. just make sure whatever wheels you get, the fronts have adequate clearance for big brakes. the rears it doesn't matter (unless you want to rotate front to rear for tyre wear) i'm also running the narrower cradle in my stag which is also fitted with r33gtr brembos and i have 18x9.5+2 R-disk (maximum caliper clearance) fronts and 18x9.5+1 O-disk rears (minimum caliper clearance, maximum dish). probably on the extreme side of fitment though
