any place that makes industrial springs will be able to make you some up to the specs you want and, as above, lol at the name haha

that may be an issue.. it means the standard rad support will have been cut/trimmed to accommodate the r34 headlight housings

it doesn't quite work like that though. the last thing you want is to reduce the braking force to the fronts by increasing the size of the rears to something that could throw out the front/rear bias percentage (bmc can only dislplace so much fluid) nothing wrong with just upgrading the fronts and leaving the rears though, as most of braking force is through the front wheels as said above, just get the rears from a 33 gts-t and save stuffing around

ballsy to just let someone take your car? wtf :S in all honesty, you've put yourself in a difficult situation and i'd think that the easiest way to go forward would be to sign a stat dec saying it was a family member/friend driving, then pay the fines for them plus reimbursement for their demerit points i guess it comes down to how much you value your license, will be a big stretch for a judge to believe you with a bad driving history and that you were silly enough to let someone take your car without you
