they aren't actually on the backside of the headlight if you want to get technical, cam if you take the headlight out it is bolted to the inner side of the housing, pretty much between the main headlight unit and the highbeams and i have a pair of balasts here too from when mine got complied - chuck me an offer

get your radiator flushed. it's not an expensive thing to do and they'll tell you exactly how blocked/full of shit it is. my guess is there is quite a bit of crap in there

standard brakes on stags are friggen tiny for the size of the car. i'd look at upgrading for sure, even standard r33gts-t items are bigger (and what the stag should have come with from the factory IMO) if you are serious about brembos pm me, i have a front pair of r33 gtr brembos (same as 260rs items) - calipers, pads, bolts, retainers, lines, rotors and the deal sealer - a bm57 master cylinder to go with them rotors aren't in the pic sorry
