  1. the thing you'll find is that if they've smoked IN the car then the smell will be through everything. you may be able to clean alot of the smell out or at least mask it but as soon as you turn HVAC on you'll smell it again as it will be all through the ducting also smoking is such a filthy habit
  2. not sure off of the top of my head, would be under $100 though me thinks . give em a call, they are just off regency road
  3. lighter for transport shouldn't matter too much, they'll go on a pallet regardless of whether they have rubber or not if you send them through someone like northline
  4. a mate down in tassie has some 17x10+/-0 black centred meisters. they are 2P though if interested pm me and i'll get him to get in contact with you
  5. lol they've never sold for 1100 BUT 500 is still a FANTASTIC price regardless
  6. i don't think you completely understand the dynamics of wheels yet.. ALL 4 wheels are EXACTLY the same in regards to diameter, width and offset the difference in dish is due to the difference in disk type, ie allowance for brake caliper clearance where did you pull the 2.1' from? these sit 6mm in from r34GTR wheels, which is an INCREASE in track over standard -- to answer RBPOWA's q, i'm currently running height/damper adjustable tein coilovers and it's sitting much lower than that at the moment haha
  7. if anything i'd say the black one was priced too high. the s1 is priced well, however stagea owners aren't like s13 owners too, a matt black front bar is not helping you sell it unfortunately
  8. love it, if i ever had the motivation to do another stereo install that is how i would do it in the stag. top form mate
  9. true that, you'll need a high disk front to clear the brembos and in reference to the above, he's already got r34gtr wheels and these will sit pretty much the same - a little tougher on the rear. just watch the clearance between your rear struts and the wheels (depending on suspension setup) if you go lower without camber correction
  10. yes, the rears will stick out 10mm more than the bnr34 wheels though. just remember you'll want to keep the same rolling diameter front and rear when choosing tyres so need to take into account the stagger of the wheels
  11. wing should be incredibly straight forward to install, you should have 2 little bits of black plastic strip on the top of your tailgate (continuation of the roof racks) which are bolted in from the inside of the tail gate (10mm IIRC) - remove these and use the bolts to hold the wing in the same spots
  12. you have to remember that the system has also been designed to allow for differences in tyre wear, you could run full tread fronts and rears on the markers - that's quite a big difference in rolling diameter right there
  13. it's not a problem running different widths so long as the overall rolling diameter is the same front to back
  14. i've got one in adelaide, came off of my rig when i replaced it with the dolphin one $150, pm me if you'd like pics bud and i'll send them when i'm on my comp next
  15. ok assuming all 4 wheels are the same disk and will all clear your front wheels i would run the 8+6 on the front. stageas can take ~20mm lower offset up front compared to the rear which means even if you run a 15mm spacer on the front with the 8+35 (essentially making it 8+20) it'll look stupid as the fronts will be sunken and the rears poking/flush. in short, run the 18x8+6 up front and the 18x8+35 in the rear with a 15mm spacer there and fitment will be pretty much spot on, essentially 18x8+6 front and 18x8+20 rear trust me
  16. i reckon i've seen it broken down a number of times by the couple of owners on here that have already done it. Bos-e-Bee, the front end isn't a direct bolt on, you need conversion guards, headlight bracket adapters, think you have to notch the rad support from memory and custom bonnet hinges. to use genuine BNR34 HID headlights, bonnet and front bar with lip and diffuser you'll be looking at quite the cost. the conversion guards can be bought from viva garage here in adelaide
  17. down to victor would be a sweet drive but sunday the 19th is no good for me - i'll be paintballing
  18. haha i wasn't there so i don't know who the heroes were but i only attend these things for a nice leisurely cruise with people with similar passions. if i want to see people showing off i'd go on an ns.com cruise
  19. if you fellas are gonna be twits on these cruises and think it's cool then i won't make an appearance - i'm sure others will agree
  20. i'll be keen for a sunday arvo my mate just bought himself a caldina too so i'll get him out on it
