  1. cheers ryan, i'll see if i have any the rear wheels are 18x10+13 and about stretch, i think i have enough - running 225's and don't want to go narrower
  2. i've got an annoying problem with my ceffy, i've only ever owned 2 door cars and clearance for big wheels isn't really an issue on them. i'm running the dishies from my onevia on my ceffy and while it looks off tap i'm getting fouling issues with the rear bar where the side extension bits become part of the wheel arch. what can i do to fix this? its slowly (well pretty quickly) wearing away over bumps and what not and entering/exiting driveways it scrubs hard. thought about cutting it away but i don't want it to look shit - i still want to keep the smooth flow all the way around the wheel arch if i can what have you guys done to stop this? oh i have coilovers but at the moment budget doesn't stretch far enough for stiffer coilovers...
  3. the new daily til i finish my onevia, ceffy still needs to have front and rear bars fitted but
  4. ^^^ brenton mate, read what i wrote. cheapest quote i have to get them containered here is roughly 900, then add in the cost of materials and work involved in making 4 different female molds and you'll realise where the price of 1500 comes from. and i think you'll be very lucky to get them into terry's container for free as they would take up space for items he could personally make money on but you could be lucky. i agree that overfenders on coupes look hot riveted on but personally i think its gonna look like shit on the four door. the door skins appear to be slightly smaller than an actual door size to allow for blending into the body lines and you will end up with a ring ov rivets on your doors... in the end its your car but... sooooo since brenton wants to be the only one with them on his car and he was the one that i was originally going to bring them in for looks like you other boys might miss out. talk to him if ya got a problem
  5. to be honest i'm not a panel beater so i wouldn't be able to tell you, i only have limited information that i have gathered from panel beater mates, so i would recommend speaking to someone about fitting them if you are going to do it yourself. i said rivets because i'm not sure if glue will be enough to hold them there even if you glass them in but as you said they wouldn't sit flush as there are no recesses in the panels to put them - something i might look into putting in? looking at the pictures, it appears the guards are fixed to the lower section of the arches only which means you can cut out/bash up/whatever you want to do to your existing guards
  6. urethane the panels to the car, drill pilot holes and then rivet them on. its up to you on how you decide to finish them - leave the rivets showing in jap style or blend the panels in
  7. ^^^ i was waiting for you to see this is that 3 including simon and salad? or you just greedy and want 3 sets for yourself? haha
  8. ^^^ yeah, as i said they are the ones that ryan posted up. copies would be made of fibreglass naturally - the ones on yahoo are glass too
  9. your a strange kid ryan i don't get whats funny either lol don't you have some work you should be doing haha
  10. ok guys this is my second post for SAU but for those of you that frequent NS.com you may know me as 1ATSXDRFT anyhow, following on from gumnuts thread about the sedan overfenders i'm looking at bringing them over now for it to be economically feasable for myself to do so i will be making copies of these guards and selling them (gonna cost about ~1k to get the originals here) if this goes ahead the kit will consist of both rear quarters (~+50mm) and a pair of rear door skins and the price will be set at ~600 bucks for the set (dependant on final purchase price, how much work i have to put into them to make them fit nice, cost of laying up moulds, materials etc) and should have some ready in about 3 months time (damn containers take so long to get here ) REGISTER YOUR INTEREST!
  11. oi gumnut its brentons friend mike with the ceffy, when is uncle telly bringing his next container in?
