Quick update guys. ok a framework has to be made so as to hold everything in place. when you have finished the framework the fibreglassing can begin. what i didnt take a photo of is me streching the "T-Shirt" matrial over the framework and hot gluing/ stapling to get the shape i want. then you just get resin and paint over the matrial, giving you a good hard but brittle shape to start putting your mat on. the box itself is going to be a sealed box so now im fining all the holes and pluging them up. next step is i will be glassing over the amp to make it so it is sunk into the box. ill take a few photos of that process.. ok framework for sub and amp mount. Sub and amp test mounted. almpst all glassed up test mount.

where did you get this from? i have been looking for cheap touch screen h/u for a while... as for the blue antenna wire, i wired it up to the antenna amp, the radio reception was 100x better, altho i have only one of the two working at the moment.

hi guys, i would like to know if anyone has the paint code for the interior trim, ie, vent and stereo suround? mine is a metalic gun metal grey of some sort. before i take it to get matched, i thought id ask here when i finish the sub boxes and other parts, i will be finishing them in this colour. any help would be great.

well they lost another listenr for ever now, i was a MMM listener for ages, then they dropped "the Cage" in the mornings... so didnt listen to the morning show, but went back for get this, then will and lemo and the spoonman... then goes get this... so they only had me for 2 shows, now that they have gone.... ill only listen to them for the footy... stupid MMM GRRRRRRRRRRRR

We all know what it looks like bare what i have done is put layers of aluminum foil down and taped it up with masking tape, you will notice that it is quite thick in the grooves, this is so when you roll it the roller dosent go through the foil Test fitment of the first glass mat layer, this will give you the basic shape. Test fitment with the amp and sub all resined up out of the car 1 out of the car 2

hey guys, i had an old bluebird wagon, had 20% on front and rear doors and the cargo was 5%, the first couple of nights were hard to see but, when lookig through tinted windows you have to look through the tint not at it... after a 5 years of driving with it, it was like driving with no tint. all the lights still looked glary, which wasnt the case the first few days hehe...
