  1. SK I am busy reading this thread at 22h00 and i find your 10 minute boost increase instructions. I follow them and BAM! The slowness is gone! My R33 auto suddenly has a bit more life, yes i did test drive it at 10h30 at night. I will be brave and buy the Jaycar boost controller and DFA. Happy times! I hope it goes well for me, hope my tuner can do his magic with the Jaycar gear on his dyno. Thank you so much for all you have done, truly you are the saint of RB25!
  2. You must have gone to the business post centre opposite woolies servo? I went to post box in Grand plaza carpark outside post office, to post SAU membership docs! White R33.
  3. When your missus says "you love that F$%ken car more than me"! (prob been said already) , and when you return to the car after shopping and think to yourself " what a sexy f$%ken machine"! ( it still excites me to this day).
  4. Spotted 666DAN on Brownsplains rd tonight. Also saw a white R34 3 minutes later, very nice, was going past Red rooster.
  5. I don't like them either. Guys on motorcycles would be chopped up badly on impact. Also once they are hit, they are difficult to repair. I reckon it's another example of some dude sitting on his throne and approving a paper proposal. That said, the traffic management and raod management in Queensland is so crap. I have been around the world and have to say i still get frustrated by stupid designs. My latest pet hate is when maintenance workers put signs on the motorway 80Kph then 60 then 40. So we obey them, traffic nearly grinds to a halt and guess what? No roadworks, signs been left out for a week after work was finished! No wonder most people only slow down for them if they see blue and red flashing lights in the distance.
  6. Hello everyone I have been trying to find info on NISTUNE. I have been told that it's a great way to have benefits of aftermarket ecu but keep standard ecu. I have a R33 gtst auto, so need the factory ecu to regulate gear change. Could anyone explain this to me please? What exactly nistune is, how much it costs and where to get it. Thanks heaps
  7. OK Dudes Lets all relax, woosaaaa. This is a forum, people are all different and have varied opinions. This is a good thing. No one is attacking you NVE57 and GOR33. No one has said we think you suck or whatever. People are simply saying how they feel about this particular subject. Look further down the list of topics in Queensland section and you will see one about Gold coast dudes getting defected. This added to peoples opinions. Maybe after the cruise you guys who are organising it can post results and pics. Then everyones view on Gold coast cruises might change. I hope you have a great day and trouble free cruise. Look forward to hearing positive results.
  8. +1. At last someone who knows what they are on about. This is the best tool you could use to organise a trouble free cruise.
  9. Dude, relax, it's only harmless commentary. I love cruises, just like most people on here. I just dislike police busting our arses coz we decide to get together as mates and go for a drive in our pride and joy. Besides, you have to admit Gold coast is quite a hotspot for hooning etc. So this makes it risky to attend said cruise. I am not a keyboard warrior, in fact if you could see me typing it looks quite retarded, typing with such speed and grace, using two fingers! LOL
  10. Aaah, OMG guys the defectecons will be out! I'ts gonna be fully siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick mate! NOT! Sorry guys, cruising Gold coast is looking for trouble.
  11. Or maybe some other sort of arrangement.......nudge nudge wink wink. LOL!
  12. Holy crap!!!, That dude sure did piss off the wrong people. Man he's probably locked himself up cryin for his mama! Aaaah justice, sweet justice.
  13. Merry christmas 2008! Hope this helps mate. http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/index.php?ID=11877 Jason
  14. That's nothing! I was at a set of lights, a dude with a Suzuki hyabusa wanted a race, i looked at his bike and saw a tank of NOS bolted to the side. I was like "yeah, whatever". Crazy dude, i let him drive away, i knew i was no match and would just be wasting fuel. Besides, racing on public roads is illegal and i could not afford the fine. He was a spirited bloke though and this one time a dude in a Ford GTP was revving his engine..........................LOL
  15. Lol, someone better check on those two, the cinnamon might have killed them. Or they're both walking around in their homes naked and hallucinating! Was a good night, nice to finally see what you guys look like. Not that bad! thanks for the invite.

    My New Car

Very nice car mate, i'm a fan of the black wheels too. i tried to get some but ended up with a compromise. Good luck with it, let us know what she does on the dyno. +1 for no chrome.
  17. Well, this will be my first meeting. Hope to have a good time. Is anyone allowed to come? Hope so, would be nice to put faces to names.
  18. Hey dude Do you know if the power window switch can work in a R33? If so i'll take it.
  19. Yeah, true, not all cops are bad. I've met a few good ones who do their job professionally and without trying to be smart. Also the biker cops are known as Evel Knievel's by the truckies, quite a humorous nickname i thought. Maahaha!
  20. That bottom air feed pipe looks good, what size is it 70mm? (circumference).
  21. There you go again, blah blah, just relax. We are like a growing community, some people like to wave and say hi. Now back to business, spotted a black / charcoal r32 on mt cotton road yesterday at 16h15. Both driver and passenger wearing blue uniforms. One male and one female, looked strikingly similar to Qp, they were on a roundabout mid flight so it was hard to verify 100%.

    Queenslander

Welcome dude (beep and wave). First, chill no one is out to get you we are all friendly here. Second, don't diss other peoples rides, you'll find more people will be friendly to you if you just try being a nice guy. Happy times.
  23. Hey dude, make sure you get some sort of automotive glue or silastic type stuff, it must be heat resistant and best if also oil resistant. Coz if that baby catches flame at the air intake you gonna have 4th of july for real!!!! Happy motoring. To all the guys posting thier airbox pics, well done, excellent work, good to see.
  24. Probably a bit late ..........buuuuuut, i fitted an NTK sensor 6 months ago and does a brilliant job. On my last tune the mechanic tested it and said it's doing its job just fine. About $ 85 from coventry auto. (price may be more now) Hope it helps you mate.
  25. Hey Spooner, it sounds like you're building a wicked machine. You'll have to have a show and tell when it's done. I get excited everytime i read thet you've done something new to your car.
